I experienced Mrs.Kiana in the drive thru today. *I hope I spelled her name correctly*.. She had an excellent attitude. Great personality and smile. She's definitely what customer service is all about.
I take children to McDonald's sometimes. The environment is great and children play together. They have a quick friendly service. The only problem is that the French fries ? in MacDonald are in small pieces and sometimes it tastes bitter. I also go to Burger King sometimes, Their French fries are big and taste better.
