I went to this McDonald's on 4-1-2024 @ 228pm. Someone was working on the ice cream machine so I couldn't get a shake. I had RANESSA I think that is here name sing to me asking to pick something else when I was about to leave and I brought something else... I think that was so special.

I went here several times and each time I’ve had issues . They are super slow , and the food is never really warm . I went to order two hot chocolates today and I guess they were training a new girl at the first window, once I got to the second window some older lady handed me a hot chocolate me when I told her I ordered two she said “ oh there’s nothing I can do about that” I offered to pay for the second hot chocolate seeing that their cashier forgot to add it although I said it multiple times . Instead of actually helping me , the older woman at window two says , I would have to get all the way back in the long drive through line to order again , ANY other McDonald’s would have been more helpful, but because this one is in the hood, of course it’s raggedy and the employees are lazy. I hate coming here I just took my money and left , then I called back to speak to the manager and sharkala however you spell it I really could care less , she answers the phone , I asked for a manager and this girl hung up on my face , so when I called back to get her name all of a sudden she never hing up on me and she immediately blamed it on someone else, I said girl I know your voice I was just speaking with you and you hung up on my face. Needless to say, I don’t normally do the most but I will be filing a big complaint against this McDonald’s because y’all are lazy as hell and this happens Everytime myself of my boyfriend comes to this location .

Rudest McDonald’s around. Expect NO smiles, “thank you”, or anything of that nature. Oh and make sure you got everything… these people honestly don’t give a $#!+.
They always forget to give me my straws, and when I ask for ranch & ketchup! They always have an ugly look on their face! I once ordered a cheese burger, they forgot the Patty… I was so angry! I really hate this place! Don’t go here!
