For the most part, this McDonalds is decent. Not enough trained staff and customer service can always use help. I ordered two fish sandwich meals. I asked for lettuce, pickle, onion and tomato. That is what goes on a sandwich. Why did I pay .40 cents for a few pieces of lettuce on each sandwich and .50 cents for each sandwich for a piece of a tomato? Never again! It is a small piece of frozen fish parts, smaller than a burger, but no upcharge for sandwich trimmings on a burger. I will not be giving McDonalds another .90 cents per sandwich ever again. In fact, since that is all I can eat at this establishment, I do not plan on going back. Learned my lesson. I can go across the street and eat food that is better and they do not nickel and dime you for everything. Losing one or two customers is not a lot, but the people I mention this too may review why they go and go less often.

Mcdonald's is a nice fast food stop for lunch and dinner for breakfast (no opinion) I would highly recommend if you go to Mcdonald's only go when you know there not going to be Bessie or packet.

They took my mobile order at 6:15. Got up there it was closed, took my money, my order told me it would be ready when I got nearby. Nothing. What an inconvenience. Then when I sent in a complaint so I could receive my money. They needed more info. Wasted another day of my time because they never specified WHAT INFO.
IVE LEARNED ONE THING ABOUT FOOD PLACES. THEY MAY LOOK ALIKE AND EVEN HAVE THE SAME NAME. BUT, SOME ARE NIGHT AND DAY FROM OTHERS!! I 100% LOVE THE ONE AT REDBIRD LN AND 67.
BUT THIS LOCATION NEEDS SERIOUS RETRAINING!!!!

I’m writing this review in hopes that the higher ups see this. For the last month your staff has been refusing to let in a certain demographic of children into the store after school hours. There was a fight that happened not at McDonald’s but in the parking lot next to it which is when this new policy was implemented.

However that’s not the issue. The issue is how your staff/ managers is handling the new policy. My oldest daughter tried to enter into the store (20 yrs of age) and she had to push her way through because your staff tried to refuse to let her in.

I have a picture of your store manager RUBY flipping children off, your staff is refusing to allow innocent children seat on a bench that’s OUTSIDE your store while they wait for their parents.

I would really like to speak with someone who is in charge of this store to see if we can come up with a better solution because how things are being handled now is inhumane.

Your staff refuses to make any breakfast orders placed through the app after 10am for a certain demographic of customers. I placed my order at 10:11am and was told by the app it would be ready when I got to the store. My order was not ready and I got told they are no longer serving breakfast since it was now 10:30am. I asked them why my order placed at 10:11am wouldn't be ready since it was placed before 10:30am. Your staff proceeded to talk about me in Spanish not knowing that I am fluent and understood. They made remarks regarding blacks being difficult. When I asked for my money back, I was told it would be automatically refunded which I know to be untrue. I had to press the issue and request for a refund receipt because they were being deceptive and discriminatory. I will not be returning to this location or dealing with discrimination because they refuse to do their jobs because Im black.

This place has the crapiest customer service! The only one that has any social skills is the young man that was bringing the food out to the cars this evening! Give him a raise!!! If he’s that nice God will bless him with a much better job! Period!
