Awful, terrible service and employees. They will forget about you in their drive thru parking spots and won't give you any form of compensation for the wait and error. My whole meal got cold waiting on my drink that I had to go inside for. I'm sick and wasn't wanting to go inside, but they wouldn't come out to my car. This isn't the first time this has happened and I try to give them another chance and they still mess it up.

I wish they would close this location down. I left about 15 minutes ago purchas a filet meal with an apple pie. Now mind you I couldn't get breakfast because they stop at 10:30 on the dot I was told. I opened the bag and fries were good and hot, tried to take a bite of the filet sandwich and the bread was hard as hell. I tried calling because I was close to home, get a recording. I will reach out to someone believe me. I paid 11.02 for some hard azz bread.

Every time I come here even if there is nobody in the drive though I am asked to pull ahead and park immediately, you guys do that so it looks good on your drive through report, meaning you make it look like you’re moving customers in and out fastly, you’re not, you’re just making it look that way so you don’t get in any trouble. Hope this helps keep you honest about your service.

I ordered two sausage egg mcmuffins. The receipt said sausage mcmuffins, so I checked with the cashier, and they said yes those are sausage with egg. Well, they gave me sausage mcmuffins. No big deal. I asked if I could get the sausage egg mcmuffins I ordered. They said no problem, and a few minutes later they handed me a new bag with... ham and egg mcmuffins. Still wrong. I gave up. ....so yeah, don't expect to get what you ordered, even AFTER you ask them to fix it.
2 stars instead of 1 because they were working quickly and weren't rude. They were in a rush.
