Be Careful! The drive through has a bizarre odd turn that can slice your tire. It’s clearly at an odd angle and not a rounded curb. It’s clearly been hit repeatedly as there is a 15-20 foot section that is solid black from tire marks. It’s jagged too so it could easily damage your tire. Be safe and hopefully the company will fix this safety hassled by rounding the curb, fixing the angle and putting a safety bar so you can see the strange curb angle.

Quarter Pounder was cold with cheese not melted, didn't get extra Mac sauce as ordered. Filet-o-fish and fries were hot and didn't get extra shredded lettuce/ tartar sauce as ordered. I still ate it because I didn't have time to wait another 8 minutes to eat. Then, get to work on time.

I've never had a good experience at this McDonald's! They take online orders after they are closed. They never have tea made no matter what time I go. I have gone in the morning and I have gone in the afternoon and I have gone in the evening and their excuse is that they haven't made the tea yet or that they have already thrown it out. I make it a point to At the least 45 minutes before they close. I live in Addison and this is unfortunately the closest McDonald's to me. If you get ahold of anyone they like to hang up. I order through the McDonald's app all the time and it says that I have until 10:59pm to pick up/submit any orders from this McDonald since they close at 11. I go on the Google reviews and it says that they close at 11 and then I go on their website and it says they close at 10 PM. This McDonald's seems to always have menu items missing/unavailable. I work in fast food and this would not fly at my job. Customers would be more than livid and we would have even worse reviews. This McDonald's has cost me so much money. Tonight I put in an order and I was there at 10:10 PM to pick up my order That the app said I could make and pick up before 10:59 PM. If the store does close at 10 why does the McDonald's app allow customers to put in orders after 9:59 PM. I have been to this McDonald's at 9:15 PM at night and been told that they were closed. I can definitely see why none of my neighbors ever want to go to this McDonald's. This is unfortunately not the first time that I have to write a review and I do not like to write bad reviews. Like I said I am in the fast food industry and it is an extremely hard job that does not pay well.. With that being said my manager would never let anything like this go on for more than a month let alone since 2017 when I move to the area. There's a couple of apartment complexes that tell new tenants not to try this McDonald's because they're going to get their money taken from them. The order I put in tonight unfortunately won't let me put in another order at another McDonald's so I had to give my money to somewhere other than McDonald's. When I called the store to ask if they would help me to cancel it so that I can put in another order for another McDonald's that is open they told me there's nothing they can do and that they're closed. I have a feeling that she could have helped If she wanted to. I will make it a point to never go to this McDonald's again. I keep hoping that At some point they will have better customer service. I hope more people leave truthful reviews about how horrible this McDonald's is. I also hope they shut down this McDonald's.
