I went for a mocha frappe and ended up with a caramel frappe. It was a shock to my system when I tasted the wrong thing. $5 for a little coffee and ice cream and the wrong flavor.These prices are way too high for these jokers to be messing up orders like they do. Do yourself a favor, go to a mom and pop shop. For the same price you can sit down and have a good meal that isn't bad for you. You can meal prep for a 1/4 of the price and have a better version of the food that is served here. Dollar menu items now cost three times the price. They had to get rid of the dollar menu concept.

I'm not sure if this McDonald's is a franchise or not,I can tell you this. The kids and adults that work here are absolutely fantastic. They go out of their way to make sure that you're happy. They are very outgoing and seem genuinely appy to see you. When you come. More than once a week,They remember you and they treat you as such. I love the food here. It's been newly remodeled, it's clean and nice, it's just a good McDonald's.

I just had the worst experience. I don’t really care a ton about the customer service. I know people are humans and can have a bad day, but the food is important. I usually go to this McDonald’s, it’s typically decent. Foods often hot enough and my order is correct. I just got a fish fillet meal. The fries were cold which is what it is, but the fish sandwich had hair on the outside and under the bun. That is disgusting. I can never go back.

I came here to get my grown up happy meal and mcnugget buddy. Service was slow, my McNuggets were old and cold, & hard. Very hard to eat. But I got my McNugget Buddy.

This is the second time this place has almost killed me. I am allergic to the oil in onions. I make a very clear point to say NO ONIONS every time I order. I get my food I get all the way home and then I smell them and they are not on top or underneath but in between. This was deliberately done as the manuals say onions on TOP. They could have killed me. I take the burgers back, remain calm and explain and show what happened. All they did is yell at the staff in Spanish but the guy rolled his eyes. And they refunded the two burgers not even trying to offer me anything else, and simply said we’re sorry it happened We'll try to do better. Thats not good enough. This location could have killed me and god knows how many other people with allergies because of their negligence. People need to know they do not care about your allergies and they WILL kill someone soon .
