Why do only see one race of people in McDonald's where's the diversity and they won't even consider others at all

Those with kids: there is no play area! We found out the hard way and had some very disappointed kids. Also doesn't offer table service (ordering) which is also nice with kids. They did give placemats and crayons for the kids to make up for the lack of a play place.

Ordered a large sugar free French vanilla iced coffee and received a regular, full sugar one so I couldn't drink it.

I've been twice since my last review due to just being in Walmart and needing to grab some food. Smiling workers and prompt service. Seems better. I'll update rating. -------- Place has been going downhill lately. Maybe they're having trouble keeping employees. Current employees seem young and new to the workforce in their defense, so I understand why they would not know how to give customer service or understand working, but at the same time, that leaves customers without customer service. Today an employee forgot my drink for my mobile to go order which was not a big deal. I asked, and he just handed me a cup instead of filling it. No problem. I went to the machine for dine in orders and it was out of ice, the area was very messy, and the straws needed to be restocked. I and other customers had to go ask for ice and a straw but the employees didn't seem to piece it together that they needed to restock. There was another little issue, but the app could have been to blame for that. Things change, so i'm just hoping management trains better and things turn around. If I see service getting better, I will definitely give a better review.

Absolutely the worst service imaginable. They're in such a hurry to make their times look good they delete orders while people are still waiting. Will never go back to this location.

First and last time ordering from this location. Ordered my food and the system didn't follow through with it. Some technical error. Told me to come back tomorrow when my refund would be processed. Nope. My card got charged so I needed my food. JONATHAN THE MANAGER started getting loud with me because I stated what I just stated and he also had the nerve to tell me to come back tomorrow... It wasn't until I GAVE HIM THE SAME ENERGY BACK that I was finally able to get my food. I didn't even get an apology or any type of sincere emotion from him. Do better MCDONALD'S

I would have gone in, as I’d planned. But the place was over run with people who don’t speak English. That’s not a problem. But the volume of them talking, and cavalier attitude towards the locals… Yikes! No thanks…
Niche reason for a review, but one of the managers here really helped me out! Two/three days ago, I stepped in noticing they had the Pokemon promotion, and wanted to buy one of each toyset that was available, and he really pulled through for me! I'm really thankful! I'm sorry for losing the receipt, I didn't intend to, but it flew out the window when I had them down and I wasn't thinking. I hope this still counts! This manager here was a guy, maybe around my age of 36, maybe a little more, decently fit, wears their shirt with an extra button undone (at least that day they did, I understand it gets hot in those kitchens!) I wanna say a dirty blonde, short hair style. I hope your this praise for your major help gets accredited to you! Thank you so much!

Extremely rude manager/guy who had a frown on his face the whole time. I understand that he may be having a bad day in personal life, but very unprofessional. Didn’t have cream or milk for coffee I ordered and fish fillet meal had stale bread and no ketchup was provided with fries. Fries were fresh and only thing my kid ate. Don’t waste your energy, time and money at this location.
