Extremely rude manager/guy who had a frown on his face the whole time. I understand that he may be having a bad day in personal life, but very unprofessional. Didn’t have cream or milk for coffee I ordered and fish fillet meal had stale bread and no ketchup was provided with fries. Fries were fresh and only thing my kid ate. Don’t waste your energy, time and money at this location.
Check your food before you leave because literally they will treat you like you are stealing. I ordered 2 happy meals and then later I ordered another one.They didn't give the water bottle or the fries I went I tell them and she is like weird that you didn't get like girl I will not steal some fries or water you can check what I have in my table. So check before you leave.

Well me and my wife both placed separate orders the hers came out no problem. Mine however never showed up it WAS at the correct store and I was charged the app processed the order as if I picked it up it was never made bc I sat at the counter waiting. When I showed the workers they said they never received it they tried to send another code for me but once again the order was already processed they weren’t understanding and I was charged. I had originally ordered fries and a drink that’s it. I sat there trying to explain and they just helped everyone around me as if I was the problem. I just wanted my food and wanted to leave but instead I sat there while my wife’s food got cold just for $1.94 purchase bc I had a coupon soooo insane I couldn’t be helped until I was just in the way of the other customers for something so small really do better. I was polite and just trying to make things easy on everyone but it’s hard when they already start treating you a certain way how am i supposed to expect nothing to go wrong bc i definitely didn’t feel like i could come to them with a bigger problem they could barely handle this one. After 15 minutes they finally gave me the order but they gave me a medium order instead of large I was so over it at that point I just left with that order.

There’s no fast service here because they never have people they over work the same people . The place here is horrible in general !The atmosphere is negative starting off by their own supervisors doing the bare minimum or as I should say just looking out for their check and not their workers !
