Make a mobile order and it’s always a long wait! No point of ordering ahead if you still have to wait like 20 mins or more for your order like a previous customer stated they either park you to wait or give you drinks and some of the order and have you wait a very long time for the order and get to eat some cold food. You go and confront them and they always have an excuse for everything

Waited 20 min to get my order, only to be told they didn’t have coffee so he couldn’t bring me my iced coffee that I had already paid for. He shrugged his shoulders. I asked for a refund and was ignored, although I waited around for another 10 minutes. Terrible service. Don’t go in.

Avoid this location at all cost! I went to the drive thru was given my kids meal and had me pull into a spot for my food. I waited 20 mins too long my kids meal got cold. One person came out to bring someone else food, I asked them if they knew about my food and how long and he said I don’t know I was just asked to help bring food. So another order for someone else came out and i asked that gentleman about my food, i stepped out and followed the gentleman in and he said he would fix the order to keep the kids meal we had and got our order made finally . Do better McDonald’s do better !

Whoever approved this redesign should be fired. How soulless of a restaurant do you have to have? Half the kiosks are broken and then it’s hard for them to man the register. You can’t see anything happening in BOH, instead you get an ugly creamy white tile to stare at while you wait for someone to ring you up since the kiosks are broken. McDonald’s completely missed the mark. Soulless, over complicated, corporate crap.

This location is horrible. The food was old and stale and they didn’t even know what I ordered when I pulled up to the window and I was the only person in the drive thru. Never again.
Unbelievably bad service after 12. Do not even try. Go to Taco Bell or Whataburger. Says open late but workers are inside on their phones. You will wait in the drive thru with no response, not even a “we’re not serving food.” Absolutely pitiful service.

Not only does it take forever to get food, but I just dropped 25 dollar for cold cheese on cold hamburgers with cold soggy fries. Wow how times have changed. You raise prices but lower your standards.
