When I walked on to pick up my order, they told me to wait, I waited 20 minutes, then they decided to tell me they gave my order to someone else before I arrived and refused to help me. Worse than worthless service. Never coming again

The faucet sensor is hard to activate and the sensor on the paper towl dispenser sometimes don't work with every pass of your hand under it. But luckily it has an air blower. Known these gals there forever it seems like.

Usually a well run place, but i usually do drive through. Curbside was a disaster. Waited 10 min then went in. They wondered why I hadn't come in to get the order. We apparently have different definitions of curbside.

They needs pay attention to the pick up orders, my order was completely mistaken, first missed dressing sauce and chicken nuggets , I returned to the store and solved this first issue, second surprises was when I arrived to my job and check the package a chicken Big Mac was switched for a regular Big Mac, but I don’t want to drive back one more time. 🤦🏻♂️

I will not be returning to this location. The management just started laughing and acting nonchalant about the situation not to mention they disrespected me in front of my child! this location needs a better management! there are different ways to handle situations, Please be professional.

What I did not expect was the contention and attitude from the man at the register who was wearing a suit and tie and no name tag which leads me to believe he was some sort of manager.
Completely rude and condescending for no reason.
Many locations within this block take your buisness somewhere they treat you with respect.

This place always closes before time. Twice in the last six months I have arrived before 10 PM. Even though there are employees inside, they do not answer the drive-thru.
Might as well go to the 24hr McDs nearby and let this store go out of business.

I just tried to go to this location to dine in but the manager had the dinning room closed only because there was a homeless person roaming in the parking lot. I had to go somewhere else to eat which was very inconvenient. This location needs new management for sure
