Couldn't process my reward code after taking it, then asked for a new number. Very slow and didn't understand how to process their own deals. I guess thats why they had no one there even at dinner time.

Manager would not give me the name of the employee that was unprofessional. I am contacting corporate when I shared my concern of employees behavior, manager gave me an excuse to justify her behavior and employee was behind her snickering and smiling at me being annoyed.

You take my order, accept my money, and then CANCEL MY ORDER?! When I tried to call to find out what is going on, your phone number doesn’t even work? McDonald’s just continually declines in quality and service. Really just want to drive themselves out of business I guess
