Was denied service by Araceli very rude and unprofessional. It was very cold outside and I work my sweater she told me me she couldn’t take my order and I had to leave the store. Please do not go to this store I also noticed customers sitting and eating with hoodie sweaters on and I observed another customer go in right after me and get service. Discrimination and racism from a her.

I wanted to leave a review mainly to to highlight a single person who does a wonderful job I am not sure what his name is I have not asked but the young man who works first window takes orders and gives receipts works usually day shift, I work around the area and come here often and he is always very Nice and patient.

Very friendly service even early in the morning. Quick too
Food is alright but they'll park you and take about 20-30 minutes to bring your order out. Doesn't matter if you're the only car and order one sandwich, you'll have to park not very fast service for 'fast food'

This place start getting bad before it was good mochas and always ice cream now they away the ice cream machine is out or the mocha machine and the mochas is like ice not even mix right. Sep 21 still same problems I think they lazy and don’t want to wash the machine if you order online the ice cream they will make for you don’t know why
