Three stars on atmosphere because it was so busy, two lanes full, then they request you move and wait. Almost three cars crashed into me due to the traffic jam. They need an officer to direct traffic. Seriously.

Called to talk to the manager about an issue and he just wanted to keep repeating himself like I didn’t understand what he was saying. So rude; will not be going back there anymore would rather drive to a further location than go here.

Food was fresh and tasty.... up there with some of the best McDonald's I've ate at. Dining room layout was a little awkward and cluttered. Chairs and stools were very uncomfortable. Customer service was about average except I was denied the ability to get a receipt by both the faulty kiosk and the cashier wasn't much help either. However, I would most likely visit this particular McDonald's again, but only if I just so happen to be in the area.

system was “down” and we kept getting told to come back in five minutes then when we were finally told to pull through to the window after 6 times, we came to find out system was NEVER down, everyone else was getting their food and we could no longer get out food because they started serving breakfast when we ordered 30 minutes before they started serving breakfast. this location is ridiculous.
8/20/25 I placed an order for breakfast in the app at 10:23am while breakfast items were still available. I show up at 10:28am and they refused to give me my order since I came at 10:28am even tho I placed my order before 10:30am. The ladies were unwilling to make my food and said that they don't know what time the order was placed even tho it shows up on there end as soon as it's placed from the app. Why bother having the items available on the app before 10:30am and not make them when showing up at 10:28am. Won't be coming back here again.
