8/20/25 I placed an order for breakfast in the app at 10:23am while breakfast items were still available. I show up at 10:28am and they refused to give me my order since I came at 10:28am even tho I placed my order before 10:30am. The ladies were unwilling to make my food and said that they don't know what time the order was placed even tho it shows up on there end as soon as it's placed from the app. Why bother having the items available on the app before 10:30am and not make them when showing up at 10:28am. Won't be coming back here again.

I’m tired of McDonald’s workers changing my order without permission. I ask for Coca-Cola and they give me Dr. Pepper. Sometimes they even make the Dashers cancel the order because they don’t want to prepare it. It’s so frustrating. Why hire people who don’t respect the customers?

Workers are very unprofessional. They were laughing over the microphone while taking my order and continued to cut me off while I was ordering. When I received my fries they were stale and cold and I asked if i could have a remake and they than let me know that the fry machine was down and they would no longer be serving fries but, failed to mention that when i began ordering. I ordered on 7/14 at around 12am. 0/10 well not be coming back to this location!

I have lunch here once a week. Today the burger and nuggets were burnt like crazy. I didn't notice until I got back to the office. I'm going to check before leaving next time.

Claudia very unprofessional shift manager had me cancel order that couldn't be canceled on phone, go back to office and they charged my card so no refund bad customer service will never go back to this location again in life.. she needs to be fired and thats no joke 30 min window for lunch that lasted 25min in store going back forward with this unprofessional shift manager.

Good place to stop for breakfast. Ordered some food passing through Dallas. Quick service and food tastes great. Everything was good except drinks they were not full all the way but aside from that everything was good. Customer service was a little dry employees seemed bored they did not smile at all.
