Very rude customer service the fat black girl at the drive-through window has a very disrespectful mouth and she does not need to work with the public. If she didn’t like her job she need to find another one. It’s nobody’s fault that she works at McDonald’s.

The girl who was delivering the food on Sunday 2:30pm at the second window was very disgusting, she parked us for an ice cream and told us to turn around for a soda and they made it regular and we told her it was Diet Coke she acted rude expensive and he parked us in a bad way and on neither of the 2 times we passed did he say thank you.

Google maps says 24hours but the store was closed. No sign was shown and the staff were inside eating McDonald’s food. Furthermore, the staff were very rude and yelled at everyone in the drive through. It was very dehumanizing.

This is the 4th time my mochafrap has chunks of ice.And I don’t understand why they was rushing to make my drink when there was no line.its not even blended at ALL I just have chunks of ice on coffee and that NOT what I wanted.
This place is the worst, never gives condiments even if you order 40 nuggets. No straw, no napkins I better be glad I received a bag. How hard is it to give the customer what’s requested, why ask what kind of sauce if your not going to put it in the bag.
