Went there last night and they missed an item in my order. When I went back to get what was missing the manager started arguing with me. Not sure why I would lie but when they finally gave me the item I was missing it was the wrong item. Rude manager and bad service. Showed receipt and everything and still was trying to verbally argue.

The person over the intercom said she isn't taking any orders. I asked if they were closed and she just repeated herself. The service was beyond unprofessional.

I believe that this location is new. The service is horrible and smells of something rotten inside the store. Employee’s at the counter are very rude and just don’t seem to want to be there.

I had a very disappointing experience at this McDonald’s recently. I ordered chicken strips, but unfortunately, they were served undercooked and raw inside. This completely ruined my meal and raised serious concerns about food safety and quality control at this location.
Not only was it unappetizing, but it also felt like a complete waste of both my money and time. I expected better standards from a major brand like McDonald’s, especially when it comes to properly cooked food.
I hope management reviews this incident seriously and takes the necessary steps to ensure food is prepared safely and thoroughly. It would also be appreciated if they addressed this situation appropriately with customers who experience issues like this.
