Did a very rare order from McDonald’s and never doing that again. They left the most important item out of the order and when I tried to call to let them know, no one answered it went straight to voicemail over and over again. Way too far away to drive back up there. So I emailed their customer service thinking that surely they would refund me for the products I never even got. Nope! They just said “sorry about that have a great day”
Literally stealing your money. I don’t know how they’re still in business.

Not only was I charged extra for a large water in my meal but they had “no carbonated beverages” and when I said ok I’ll do lemonade they didn’t have that either. If this wasn’t enough they got my order wrong. Don’t waste your time.
Was just served a McCrispy sandwich that was raw inside. Wanted to warn people and document this in case I get food poisoning from this.

This place claims to be 24 hours, but when I show up in the early morning hours, between 2-4 on the weekends when I’m getting off work, I am told door dash or uber only, they have lost my business to Whataburger several times. Don’t advertise being 24 hours if you have hours that are exclusive to delivery apps.
