Visiting this location at this exact moment 4:07 pm Sunday 12/8/24 my husband went to go in and was told that the dining room is closed, like why when you have to watch yourself in the drive through because homeless stand there a lot and panhandle making it unsafe to use as far as I’m concerned, this McDonalds in this area has by far the poorest customer service and the convenience of the location is why people come here I’m sure, it’s our last visit we will be frequenting another location doesn’t matter how far this was the final straw for this one.

Every single time I come here there is SOMETHING.
The first time, my order was wrong. Annoying, but not the end of the world.
The next time, it took them 6 tries to get my order right at the drive through. The order? Two small fries and two medium diet cokes. Don't really know what went wrong there.
The third time, they were only taking cash. Infuriating, considering I waited in line for 10 mins only to pull up to the speaker where they said "cash only," but, again, not the end of the world.
The FOURTH time, they were out of M&Ms for McFlurries. Big surprise there.
Finally, today, after a long day at work and a 2.5 hour commute, I pop in to get a dessert. Low and behold, the ice cream is out.
"But how can you remember all of this?" Because these are the ONLY times I have been to this establishment, and when they keep having issues, you start to see a pattern and take notes.
Staff are always rude. I am always cut off before I can finish speaking. And the one time I wasn't cut off during my order and was able to say everything completely, the guy made me repeat myself three times. I don't get it.
I am obviously writing this out of anger, but this establishment is truly a disgrace and I cannot believe a billion dollar company has these issues as often as they do.

This place is okay but they always mess up my order. Like recently I asked for a large 20 piece chicken nugget meal with a coke and even after verifying it twice. I was charged for just a 20 piece chicken nugget and didn't get the rest of my order. No harm but it's definitely irritating. It's not the worst McDonalds I've been to just be prepared to be missing something from your order.

This location is just so dirty from the parking lot till the tables are in the kids playground, and seems like no employees were trying to clean or something, I been at different locations but this one is just weird is even a security, and you have to ask someone to use the bathroom..

Very. Good. Place the. Very kind employees, thank you very much for all your support, since you defended a person who was in a very bad mood and bothering me.
This location should be avoided by all hungry customers. From them not being able to take a simple order, forcing me to drive away in frustration, to not getting what I ordered and calling them only to have the Shift Manager day, "Sorry, no English. Can't help you." Yesterday I ordered the $5 meal deal. When I paid, I said I didn't want a receipt. When I got to the window to receive my food, there was no sauce for the McNuggets, no ketchup for the tiny packet of fries, and my medium drink was not filled to the top and there was no ice in it. I told the giggling girl that I wanted the sauce, the ketchup, and my drink order fulfilled. She handed me the sauce/ketchup, but laughed at me and said "That's a large cup and medium amount of drink." Obviously it was NOT, so I told her I'm not leaving until she fills my drink. She giggled some more and said "That's all the medium drink we give." I thought of all the stupid things I could do, like park my car until she decides to do her job, or other dumb things, but I gave up and drove away. I still haven't touched the drink. I hate this location. DON'T GO!!!!

Today Wednesday I came in for a lunch around 1:30pm. I wanted my baby to play in the games. I was so disappointed how disgusting the children’s area was. It smelled like urine, dozens of flies and all the tables were dirty. The game tower was so terrible. It was so dirty. I can not believe how they do. It clean that area if this is the cleanest part of the entire restaurant that they should have. I ordered a quarter pounder and it was horrible. The meat tasted like plastic. I had never felt a burger from Mc Donald’s like the one I eat today at this location. I was so disappointed from this location at the visit today.
