They rarely get your order right! Even my early morning simple order of coffee w cream and sugar and a hot apple pie came back with no cream and a bag of sweet n lo - OH & YEAH A COLD HARD BROKEN PIE! When I TRIED correcting the order at the window the lady didn't understand and insisted on handing me the darned bag of SweetNfreakingLo! Low_Noooo!😳 Don't even think about a feeding that late nite buzz & ordering ANYTHING! Be Prepared bcoz ur gonna be sitting there that is if you can get them to answer the drive thru and take your order.

Visiting this location at this exact moment 4:07 pm Sunday 12/8/24 my husband went to go in and was told that the dining room is closed, like why when you have to watch yourself in the drive through because homeless stand there a lot and panhandle making it unsafe to use as far as I’m concerned, this McDonalds in this area has by far the poorest customer service and the convenience of the location is why people come here I’m sure, it’s our last visit we will be frequenting another location doesn’t matter how far this was the final straw for this one.

Every single time I come here there is SOMETHING.
The first time, my order was wrong. Annoying, but not the end of the world.
The next time, it took them 6 tries to get my order right at the drive through. The order? Two small fries and two medium diet cokes. Don't really know what went wrong there.
The third time, they were only taking cash. Infuriating, considering I waited in line for 10 mins only to pull up to the speaker where they said "cash only," but, again, not the end of the world.
The FOURTH time, they were out of M&Ms for McFlurries. Big surprise there.
Finally, today, after a long day at work and a 2.5 hour commute, I pop in to get a dessert. Low and behold, the ice cream is out.
"But how can you remember all of this?" Because these are the ONLY times I have been to this establishment, and when they keep having issues, you start to see a pattern and take notes.
Staff are always rude. I am always cut off before I can finish speaking. And the one time I wasn't cut off during my order and was able to say everything completely, the guy made me repeat myself three times. I don't get it.
I am obviously writing this out of anger, but this establishment is truly a disgrace and I cannot believe a billion dollar company has these issues as often as they do.

This place is okay but they always mess up my order. Like recently I asked for a large 20 piece chicken nugget meal with a coke and even after verifying it twice. I was charged for just a 20 piece chicken nugget and didn't get the rest of my order. No harm but it's definitely irritating. It's not the worst McDonalds I've been to just be prepared to be missing something from your order.
