If you’re going to have both lanes open you should atleast be adept enough to take an order in it. Sat there for 15 minutes before I went into the other lane snd got my order taken. Also slower than a grandma on a Christmas morning to get you through the line past 11:00 — it seems like they’re incapable of staffing more than 1 employee.

Had a mobile order during my lunch break 11:15am said the code they said they didn't have my order all to find out 10 min later they do have my order i was upset and asked the manager is there something she could do because i was on my lunch break and i had already used my points i wouldn't have time to go to another location if i ordered at the wrong location both employee and manager said they could do nothing and walked off mad was not the word livid was because i was on lunch I just started back eating mcdonalds and this almost made me wanna not go back

Was in the neighborhood and wanted a quick breakfast so went to this location, 8am every single table and seat was dirty. No upkeep or maintenance. Charged me 25c for a cup of water, never experienced that before

Dont go to this location late at night , had me sitting there with no answer. But advertise as 24/7 , I drive around as everyone does and I see two females standing in the kitchen talking with no headsets on. Like? Bad customer service had I been told they couldn’t serve food or something I would’ve been on my merry way. Working 14 hr shifts and I just wanted some dinner. Will not be picking this location for dinner.
