The dinner kitchen staff make the best McDonald’s I have ever had. Always fresh, perfectly put together, perfect seasoning. I wouldn’t leave a review often, but best McDonald’s!

I was really disappointed with my visit to this McDonalds. I ordered a breakfast meal on the app and the employee at the counter categorically refused to bring my order to my table. She called my name out and just left it there on the counter ignoring me. Employee was very, dismissive, rude and unkind. She did not have a nametag on her and refused to provide her name. I felt completely disregarded by the staff, like I was just another number, and not valued customer. The overall experience was marred by poor service, leaving me feeling frustrated and unwelcome.

I have been there several times and the clerk tells me that there is no caramel frappe because the machine takes two hours to wash.

Order was cancelled after being given a receipt, told to go to second window, then after waiting at second window, not being spoken to, was told with the window closed pointed and said go to next window. Waited a few minutes at 3 window then someone finally came and said they canceled my order. Poor customer service, poor service and bad attitudes, paid for an order I did not get and ordered ahead. No apology, no exchange order offered. Just a horrible experience overall. Called to talk to a manager no one answered the phone. It wasn’t even busy

It is not possible that for an order of less than $10 it takes 50 minutes and the staff there does not serve the customer. I went on 11/15/24 from 4:00 pm to 4:50 pm and I was not the only person waiting for the order. order some better customers left without receiving their order I think the service has to improve

Says open 24 hours which it probably is the drive-thru but it always looks like it's closed when it's really late night or early morning.

The drive thru sucks. Even after shouting at the top of my voice, nobody replies back. Later, after clearly saying the instructions in english, that person replies in spanish and it seems she doesn't understand english

I think McDonald’s lost a customer for life. I have never experienced anything like that. I had ordered a big Mac and tell me why the big Mac had a chicken patty in it that looked like it was two weeks old and on top of that I took it back so they can remake my order and they gave me another big Mac, but the Patties were the size of a pepperoni had one piece of cheese and it was super saucy. I don’t think I would ever go back to McDonald’s in my life. I’m traumatized. And seriously I think the employees there should stop and think and ask themselves would I eat this before Serving it to the customer!

Bunch of incompetent workers that swear they don’t know what one is saying, they don’t know what they’re even doing. I’d give -10 if I could.
