I come to this particular McDonald's primarily because it's conveniently located to my workplace. However, the surrounding area isn't the nicest, so one should take caution when frequenting this location, especially at night. Unfortunately, panhandlers seemed to have taken note of how busy this place can get, and I had the unfortunate experience of having to drive around one such individual who stood in the way of all the cars in the drive-through exit asking for money. This was during the middle of the morning as well! The staff either didn't notice or didn't care that their patrons were directly accosted for cash.The food is generally good and consistent, but there were perhaps one or two times that I got the wrong order. Service is also usually rather fast, and there are 1 or 2 ladies working there who are quite friendly. I likely will still visit this McDonald's when I'm in the mood, but I may keep some other options in mind.

On this month I have went to McDonald drive thru for Mobile order and they will mange to get my food all the time wrong I order today and the girl with red hair taking the orders being rude also I order some “large fries” and you can see the bottom picture how I received my “large fries”

That dude that works overnights needs better training, I believe he might be a manager, supervisor or whatever but his customer service skills are awful. Morning times I've been there haven't had any issues though but sadly that guy makes this place awful for my experience

Clean and modern with plugs to work on your computer. There is no play place here (the photo is from 8 years ago. They have renovated since then.)
I went through the drive thru yesterday, picking up food for my friend who gave me $14 cash to go grab him lunch while he was at work. The total ended up coming out to $15.52. At the window, I gave her the $14 cash, along with my card for the remaining $1.52. A couple hours later I'm checking my account and see that the cashier charged my card for the entire $15.52. I called and called and nobody would answer, so I drove all the way over to the other side of town to go talk to them in person. The manager insisted it didn't happen because their drawer counted correctly. I told her to check the cameras and they'd clearly see me hand the cashier cash along with my card, and she told me they cant because their cameras dont work. Basically I left with a "too bad so sad" and a "if you want to come back another day and talk to the district manager" or whatever. I drove across town once as it is!!! Y'alls cashier pocketed my cash, literally stole from me, and y'all are making me drive back and forth and beg to get my money back! I've called corporate. I understand it's just $14, but it's the principle of it. This is insane. I wish I would've noticed before I left the first time.

Just the worst so the so called General Manager tells me I am giving them a fake 20 dollar bill just because it was wrinkled then tells me they don't have those pens to check the bill if they really wanted to catch these fake bills you would have the proper equipment to justify that it's fake and not assume it is just by looking at it.
