This the only McDonald's that doesn't have a dine in. Just a drive through and a tiny window for Uber/Doordash delivery pick up. Yes, they want you to get out of your car and pick up food delivery on the side of the store. So inconvenient and only has three parking space that's awkward to park because it's close to the drive through of the 2nd window location. If it's a drive through location only, the Uber and Doordash should be able to pick up at the drive through window also, but no. They want you to park and get out of your car. They are so slow and rude staff also. I don't recommend getting your food here.

If you live or work in the area close to 75 and Forest Lane or 75 and Park Lane, just go to the McD's at Greenville Ave close to Park or Forest Lane because this one at Royal sucks in every way. They used my 1x/day coupon and said there was a system error. Not my problem!

This McDonald’s does not honor the $1.50 breakfast sandwich deal you can find in the app. They ring it up so you have to pay for cheese even though the app clearly says the sandwich includes cheese. They intentionally upcharge to increase their profit margins. Also, the manager lady is super rude.

Went here for breakfast and they gave me the wrong order which is understandable, maybe there was communication issue through the speaker which is normal I wasn’t mad but when I went inside to let the (I assume) manager know, she rolled her eyes and had a nasty attitude. She’s an older Hispanic woman. I understand working in the fast food industry can be stressful but my advice to her is to treat people the way you’re treated. Disgusting attitude.

This location is off my list forever. Sad and embarrassing. Inside manager will not honor app codes - the most ridiculous part being that a manager first accused me of trying to reuse a code (the perfect crime for 1.50 breakfast sandwich) before loudly announcing nothing could be done

I wish I would have skipped the 10 minute line and would have just been told they don’t want my business when I walked in.

The least reliable location in a 5 mile radius. Won’t be missed.

I had a very disappointing experience during my recent visit. When I placed my order at the speaker, the employee responded in Spanish, which made communication difficult since I couldn’t understand what was being said. As a result, my order was prepared incorrectly. When it was remade, the food was unfortunately cold. Overall, it was a frustrating and unpleasant experience that left me dissatisfied with both the service and the food quality.
