I ordered a large fry, but they gave me a medium portion in a large container. And when I dumped out all the fries, all of them were raw! I tried to call the number on their website and you get no service.

I don’t usually do this but I just went into this McDonald’s on 11102 N. Central Express Way, Dallas Texas and the MANAGER made a comment when she saw me. She said “entra aqui a usar el baño como si fuera su casa” ?. B do you OWN it?? Did you by it?? NOPE. You are JUST the manager. Don’t be rude. You work at McDonald’s like really?Save your comments because that’s not very professional of you as a “manager”. As a manager, you are suppose to be a role model to the staff on duty. That right there is not a good look for you or McDonald’s.Don’t act like you own the place ??♂️. Yes, I went to use the restroom, if you had a problem with it you should had said something to me — not make a comment in Spanish like I wasn’t going to understand what you said. NEWS FLASH I heard and understood you! I am PUERTO RICAN ????!!!

This place has gone downhill so much. It used to be great and now it’s horrible. Last Sunday, I was asked to speak Spanish because the woman didn’t speak English!!Today I asked for two extra syrup for my pancakes and I was given one.The manager informed me that I have to pay for extra syrup!!! She said that they have “always charged for extra sauces!”Hardly anyone speaks English fluently there and when they do, they still get your order wrong…The positive reviews seem to be written by the staff… you need to see what Yelp has to say… they have 1.5 stars on Yelp!
This location never serves ice cream after 8! Lazy ppl, they always say no!Went to the Plano location and they gladly served us ice cream!

First time at this location and my experience was great! My order was perfect, arrived quickly and they even handed my order to me as I was on my way back to my table from the restroom. I'm not sure how they knew it was my order but they did! The store was very clean and breakfast was immensely satisfying.
