11/27 7:19 AM. The breakfast here is bad. McGriddle was old and hard. Then I go to eat my hash brown it’s also old and burnt and when I went to ask for a new one the manger got mad and started talking shit in Spanish. Which I responded “you’re lucky I didn’t ask for the whole meal over cause all of it was old” . I won’t be spending my money here anymore for old burnt food.

One of the employees of the baron establishment is very unfriendly and has no charisma to serve people and is a bit despotic, the VDD because of the bad service, the VDD, although if it were for the manager, she is a very good person and patient with people.

Early morning breakfast before picking up an American World War lI pilot for a trip to Savannah for a Memorial Day tribute. The food was good, service was fast, place was clean. This is inside a huge Walmart. It was easy to get in and but no drive through! ??
Today I purchased a small coffee like I do every morning my same routine for years considering I work inside the establishment this McDonald’s is at… I went to get a refill a little while later and a guy in a button down sitting in the dining area gets up to service myself and a co worker… I ask for a refill and he begins to question if I really purchased the coffee from there and if it was today. I assure him I did and he could ask the associates he then begins to break down the rules of a refill like I was a liar. I felt disrespected and discriminated against I then ask to purchase a new coffee so I can do a survey about the poor customer service. I later found out his name was Tereso… The experience was unnecessary and uncalled for I’m leaving a review here and on the McDonald’s survey from my receipt of my TWO coffees I purchased! The ladies are always kind and have seen me buy from there for years he left a bad taste in my mouth.

Manager stated they measure the weight of the fries now. A medium container is only half full now!!! This is the only McDonalds that I always have an issue with.

This McDonald's is located in Walmart...language barrier and negative attitudes. They do not honor the Daily $6 Meal Deal banner they have in front of the restaurant. Please take it down or correct the pricing...sheesh.

My order was made incorrectly (McCrispy Deluxe) and I politely asked to have it fixed. I asked for cheese to be added which I paid for. They just threw a cold pice of cheese on top. I asked them ti correct it because obviously I did not want a cold pice of cheese not on my chicken. They remake and forget the tomatoes. They closed during this interaction and refused to come back to the window to fix it. Quite annoying honestly but I guess it’s to be expected with fast food.
I hate to spend my money on old cold food!
