This is the worst mcdonald in this location , on Monday 24,2025 I order a chicken wrap and coffee , the chicken wrap was very disgusting cold and hard to chew , the next day I went back there ask for my refund a lady that * she calls herself a manager * she totally ignored me while I was asking for my refund she keeps talking to other people in Spanish and ignoring me by purpose she was very rude and unprofessional I hope that she will get fired soon because she don’t know how to do her job correctly!!!!

So I came here for something quick and used the app buy one get one double cheeseburger they remade my order twice and it was still wrong left with two single cheeseburgers and a cold medium fries after 20 mins and waiting twice for them to get it right crew was nice but may need some help in the kitchen cause I watched the young man tell her twice how to get it right …

11/27 7:19 AM. The breakfast here is bad. McGriddle was old and hard. Then I go to eat my hash brown it’s also old and burnt and when I went to ask for a new one the manger got mad and started talking shit in Spanish. Which I responded “you’re lucky I didn’t ask for the whole meal over cause all of it was old” . I won’t be spending my money here anymore for old burnt food.
