Ordered food from the McDonald's app spent over 30 dollars .pick up delivery had my granddaughter to go pick up order in uber got there at first they couldn't find my order .finally they did .when she had gotten back home and removed the sealed from the bag
I was missing 4 items tried calling but the number doesn't work at this point it's only one thing left to do .

The managers and the workers are all extremely rude. They don’t greet you, they won’t repeat the orders back to you, they rush you and tell you to hurry up, and asks is it that all more than 3 times, the drive thru cashier last night told me to get out of his line because he has other people to take care of AFTER they received my code, repeated it back to me, put it in the system, I got the “we got your code” notification, then he said he couldn’t activate it, either pay for it full price or leave his line. This was the manager who wouldn’t give me his name. He just said it was mike. VERY RUDE, VERY DISTASTEFUL, VERY DISRESPECTFUL. He made me feel so ill, that I wanted to seriously hurt this guy over him being disgusting and vindictive the way he was. He didn’t offer to remedy the situation. He or his employees didn’t have ANY customer service skills at all, and McDonald’s hire people like this and do not care because they are a huge multimillion dollar corporation who don’t care about the little people making them big bucks. Absolute shame. Those people need to be fired and replaced with people who actually care about the service they provide.

The manager said I have to pay 64 cents for a cup. I was able to go into Walmart and purchase a cup for a fraction of that price, And then get ice for free. The fact that I can purchase a reusable cup for less than The two cents plastic cup that McDonald’s has Let me know that either Corporate cannot do math or the manager is just trying to get the biggest bonus possible at the expense of the customers. It’s unethical and should be illegal

A placed an order via the app this morning 15 minutes before arrival so that it would be ready and I could get my daughter to her bus stop in time. This is the second time I've tried to get her breakfast before school. The order was not only not ready, the Frappuccino machine was down. I ordered a large Frappuccino with an extra shot and they charged me for it and I can't even get a refund. That is bullcrap and I will not be using this McDonald's app anymore. Nobody had the decency to let me know that the Frappuccino machine was down nor could they even refund the money. I came back this afternoon to see if their frappuccino machine was up and they said no and I asked for a refund and she said I had to go through the app. I've tried going through the app to get my refund and I can't figure out how to do it. Definitely not user friendly for a refunds. I used to use the app all the time but don't use it hardly at all anymore because of this kind of crap.
