It's drive-thru only, although they do have a walk-up window available so that the DoorDash and UberEats drivers can still be required to get out of their cars to get the food when it's raining.You won't be able to place multiple orders using their online promotions or reward points because there is not an ordering kiosk available.They have one payment window and two pickup windows, so "second window please" may occasionally mean the third window in reality. I received Diet Coke instead of coke on my most recent visit here.Not my favorite McDonald's location.

The worst McDonald’s I’ve ever been to. I do not recommend anyone eat here unless you plan on being sick. I ordered two quarter pounder meals and both of the burgers were pink and cold in the middle. I repeat do not ever eat at this location.

This McDonald's is drive through only they are slow and they constantly mess up orders they just today on March 20th gave me the wrong iced coffee. I drunk a little bit, brought it back and they wouldn't even fix it and give me the right one. After I sat in that drive through line waiting on it! Pass this location up...go to the one on Coit Road @635, trust me. This location is beyond incompetent.

If I could give it less than a star, I would. The service is the worst, they are very slow, it takes more than 10 minutes to give you the order. Without seeing any car. The workers serve you with a mrd face. Without wanting to serve you, for me it would be better to close this place. Or better to fire everyone and hire new ones. Hdtpm.

I have been to this place so many times, they are slow you have to wait for your food all the time and go to the 3rd window and then its wrong. Employee came to the window to hand me a drink like a smoothie that I did not order and he said oh what did you order dude I have been waiting for 20 minutes for a chicken nugget 3.50 bundle and a double cheeseburger that place is a joke and you look in the window and they all confuse
The worst Customer service Experience I have ever had , unprofessional & very rude employees doesn't matter there is someone before you or not have to wait & will guide you to next window ,, I wish I could give 0 star & hope that very soon they change the entire Employees including manager & hire the right ones ..
