I have requested mayonnaise and they told me they don't have, in some other places when don't have the little packages they offer a little container with some mayonnaise. They don't even try, it's like it's very hard for then to walk a few steps to check.

It was good I just had issue with when I parked to wait to my order the person sent to bring out the orders couldn't speak or understand English one bitOnly all Spanish witch I'm a Latino myself and do speak and understand it fluently,,but my girlfriend is white so she doesn't,,I'm sure it would have worked out but why put that worker and customer in that situation..js..✌️

Worst McDonald's in history of time. Lazy, sorry, won't attempt to help customers. Literally have a sign to tell you it's going to take 15 to 20 min to help you at front register. Yet it's 10 employees behind the register like your at chick fil a.

Employees including management are very disrespectful and unprofessional .very rude towards customers that are Mexican or Latino. Second shift is amazing in every way . I been here hundreds of times and they need training in the morning shift on customer service and how to keep their personal opinions to their self and not to their customers. They literally act as if I'm not in line and walk past me every time and help others as they walk up beside me. I feel horrible and degrading everytime I come here. I only come because I live in the area but if I had a choice and I could afford to go across town to balch springs location. I definitely would. Sad ? how these so called professionals get away with this . I could never treat any human this way . Not even on my worst of days

Just left there,the girl with red hair and fake eye lashes had a bad attitude when I was ordering,and politely corrected her, waited 10minutes for 3mcflurrys,the only vehicle in the drive thru pick up lane,which was fine because after going to the park with my 3children we were happy to be in in the AC in our vehicle,then she handed me our order that i thought she was about to drop,and said your 3m&ms,and i said no,she took it back,i looked at em,and ice creams were what I ordered(2 oreo1m&m)and asked for em back,and her attitude exploded.with all the bad reviews,and employee childish attitude I can see why the place was so empty ,kinda hope corporate closes it down!or the district manager has a talk with her!

I have visited this McDonalds numerous times and if there was a negative star I would give it for the following reasons. First, the majority of the employees are fairly inattentive to the customer, it just seems like they do not want to be there. Second, the food has arrived to me cold, with out the egg ( in an egg Mcmuffin), without bacon or just bacon between two pieces of breads, no cream in a coffee order, no sugar in a coffee order, etc. There have just been too many mistakes. Third, although they have somewhat improved, the time in a drive thru needs to be a whole lot faster. Overall, I think this McDonalds has room to grow. But if want to grow your patience, then visit them.
