They gave me 3 burnt steak bagels. And it was a mobile order and still made me wait for it because they didn't put it in right. It you made me wait why were they burnt. I'm just pissed I wasted my money. No one has time to go back in the morning.

I live 3 blocks from this McDonald's on Gaston. I ordered 2 sausage breakfast burritos, a hash brown,and the 2 pies for $3.00. I wanted 2 apple,but the lady on the Mike at the drive through said I could only get the apple w/ a strawberry creme. When I arrived at the 1st window and looked at my receipt they had added taxes on the apple pies instead of including it in the sub total,so for the total I was charged an additional tax for the pies. I asked the lady to explain it to me,she could,but refused me my $.19. The burritos were not fresh,the where hard,I was missing my hash browns. I will never go to this McDonalds and would advise everyone to check your receipt. I don't care if it was a dime,it's my money and don't try to get over on me.

A co-worker goes and picks up his and my order and manager there states she need to Have my phone there because they need to see the transaction on my phone.. it's just laziness on the management.. just admit you gave my order to someone else and you did not want to remake my order ..

I ordered for me and my cousin the lady got the order wrong and instead of fixing it she told me it was no big deal and it's the same thing .. I let her know that what I ordered was not the same thing and she continued to have a attitude and be rude and they also messed up my app so now I can't even go get my deal I my app cause even tho I didn't get my food they still took my deal I will never be back to this McDonald's anf honestly makes me reconsider a lot with McDonald's

It's pretty much what you expect from a mcdonalds.but the area isn't great.there a fairly large homeless population.but that's what it is near down town dallas unless your in uptown.Parking: There's about as much parking as you'll find at an regular mcdonalds stand alone location.
