Every single time I come here, there's an order missing. I ordered 10 pc chicken nuggets and a mccrispy just for them to not give me my 10 pc chicken nuggets.

I would give zero stars if possible. This place is wreaks with flies and no one cleaning. Also they're customer service is HORRIBLE. They argue with customer's, look at you funny and hold your food that you paid for from you until they make sure there's nothing suspicious about you verifying your ticket number when called out. Advice is stay away!!! Also I ordered for dine in and was given a small bag rolled up tightly.

This McDonald is in South Kensington, London, England and not my cup of tea.We were kept waiting for a pretty long time while part of our order was just looking at us unfortunately without anyone letting us know. The two combo meals were cold. We never went back there and will not visit it again when ever visit London.
