Food was tasty and warm, employees..... Well they work for McDonald's so you can't expect much. There are homeless people posted around the outside and hiding inside, so always be aware of your surroundings and don't leave food and drinks lying around.

I came in with my one year-old attached to my hip. I had one drink and a apple juice in my hand that I ordered and I ordered a happy meal and a quarter pounder meal and when the Manager brought the meals out my hands were full with my child and my cup of juice. I politely asked her if there were bigger bags where she can place the happy meal and the quarter pounder meal in a one bag, she said no, but one of the customers pointed out there was bigger bags behind the counter and she was lying so I asked her again, I was like can I get the bigger bag so you could place both of the items in there Because my hands were obviously full, she rolled her eyes and only placed the happy meal in the bigger bag and pushed it towards me . When I asked her can she put the other bag inside with the happy meal so that I don’t drop anything & i have my child runoff Inside of the busy Walmart, She acted like she didn’t understand what I was saying however, ANOTHER customer intervened and said to me, I will place the items in the bag and that’s when she finally understood what I was saying, even though she understood the whole time and finally placed the items into one bag. The fact that two Customers had to intervene to do the MANAGERS job was disgusting. My child is one years old. It’s Christmas season. He could’ve easily ran off and got taken or ran outside since the doors are automatic and get run over by a car since the McDonald’s was directly by the exit. Her job needs to be discussed and she needs to do better on her customer service. I was in full-blown tears when I got to my car by how disgusting I was treated. I think God, both of those women were in There to witness how rude she was.

When you go to this McDonald's make sure you don't use the app, I try to scan my QR Code and it says we got it and then when the guy the cashier tells me, oh, can you pull it up again because it didn't go through and when I try it says, oh we had to wait 15 minute who in this world has 15 minutes to wait when it said the first time we got it, I did this one time, and they're apologetic that it has glitches. I'm sorry, 15 minutes is 15 minutes that we don't got time to waste

Horrible service, the workers acted like a costumer using the app would come out of THEIR paycheck. Not only was the manager horribly rude, she was super disrespectful, and completely stuck up. When I didn’t recieve an item I ordered the worker asked for a receipt like if they didnt just take my whole order, and when they made the order it was so messy and and half finished. By far the worst experiance I’ve had in a while.

I ordered to this location on Friday morning which was a huge mistake. I paid for two crispy chicken McGriddles but I received something else. I tried calling the location several times but ofc the line didn’t go through. I called the customer care number and they told me the manager would reach out at some point to resolve the issue. I received a call at 7:30pm that day from the manager, Lupe and apologized about the order being wrong and told me to come in whenever I wanted this week. I explained that I don’t live in the area, and it would depend on my work schedule but I’d try to come in Wednesday or Thursday and she said that was fine. I went in today (Wednesday) and explained to this worker what Lupe told me and she kept saying I was lying. She refused to give me my order and told me she doesn’t care. I don’t know how the idiot thought I knew the managers name and number. It’s unacceptable for people to operate this way. They wouldn’t give me a refund on Friday when I asked, but also don’t want to correct my order. This stupid woman Sandra has no business working in customer service if she doesn’t want to actually help people.

Every single time I come here, there's an order missing. I ordered 10 pc chicken nuggets and a mccrispy just for them to not give me my 10 pc chicken nuggets.
