Got a strawberry shake and I threw it out at the first trash can I came to. Tasted bad. I’ve worked at McDonald’s before so I know something was wrong

Like most airport restaurants, this McDonald’s had long lines, rushed customers, and staff that already looked worn out, even at 7:00 a.m. The setup didn’t help much: one register open and two self-order kiosks, with a confusing layout that left some people unsure of what to do. I opted for a kiosk since it was open, and to their credit, my food was ready in under 3 minutes.
The food itself was fine, but nothing to brag about. The steak breakfast sandwich tasted okay but was pretty dry and definitely needed something extra. Overall, it got the job done, but between the wait and the quality, it wasn’t much more than “just fine.”

Decent
The food is what you’d expect. It’s convenient right next to the Skylink.

I usually enjoy my visits to McDonald’s, but this recent experience left a lot to be desired. I ordered a coffee, apple pie, and a sandwich all of which are usually warm, comforting, and hit the spot. Unfortunately, the coffee was lukewarm at best, the apple pie was served cold, and the sandwich didn’t feel freshly made either.
I understand how busy things can get during peak hours, but quality and temperature are key to a satisfying meal especially with items that are meant to be hot. A quick double-check before serving could really make a difference.
Staff was polite and the order was prepared quickly, which I appreciate. I just hope future visits offer a bit more consistency when it comes to freshness and food temperature.

First time in my life I have not finished a chocolate shake. It does not taste like chocolate and is a (took the small) 520 calorie sugar bomb with a weird pseudo chocolate synthesized flavor that I cannot pin down. Unsettling, really. Quick and efficient friendly service, by the way.

The employees at this place are brain dead. They do not listen and the do not care about what kind of service they provide. I would suggest using the self checkout screens or your food WILL be wrong. Location was nice and clean.
