Very busy area because you are at the airport, but the staff is very quick and efficient. And you can get to your plane on time.

Settled for McDonald’s and had a mystery fish (??) sandwich. It said fish, but really didn’t taste like fish. That’s what I get for not holding out for something better. I knew I should have held out for Boarshead! Maybe I’ll remember for next time!

I didn’t think “a hamburger with no pickles” was that hard to understand—especially when we’re both speaking English. I just spent a week overseas in a foreign country, and somehow they didn’t manage to mess up something so simple.

When I say “hamburger,” and your response is “so you want a McChicken,” it takes everything in me not to reach across the counter and slap you for the audacity.

And to top it off, you still rang the order in wrong.

Sarah was “training.” Doesn’t matter. Management needs to do a much better job hiring actual human beings.

Late to open, unfriendly service, frowns on cashier's face (looked pissed off), 3 trips back to counter to get extra hashbrown, Coke vs Dr. Pepper, and condiments. Burritos were barely warm. 1st world problems (I know), do better McDonald's. Not to mention cashier's allowed man to run in front of me.

I ordered on one of the kiosks on the way to the restaurant. There was virtually no wait when I arrived. Somehow along the way I ordered incorrectly I guess and was given two drinks. That was fine, and I was just going to purchase the fries so I stepped over to do that and the manager said the error wasn’t mine, it was theirs. He didn’t charge me for the fries. I don’t think they made any error, but they went above and beyond to have a happy customer.

A superior airport McDs! I visited at the height of the breakfast rush, but with 3 kiosks and 2 registers open, I placed my order quickly, and it was out and FRESH within 2 or 3 minutes.
I was especially impressed with the level of organization they have for getting the food and bevs together and getting it out to the patrons. ATL (Terminal E, I think?)should send over a study group.

Ordered from the McDonald’s in terminal C then walked to my gate and found a long black hair cooked into the cheese of my burger 😭🤢🤢🤮🤮🤮🤮🤮 completely lost my appetite. Please do better at wearing hairnets

The McDonald's associate at Dallas Airport terminal C (Hugo Torres) is an outstanding example of how friendly and professional service should be, and he will always have high marks as he continues this kind and efficient service technique.
