I just wanted to leave a comment today we was in drive-thru placing some others we was checking out food and we told the gentleman how we want our burgers to be fixed but when we take our burgers he didn't follow instructions. I know that we're not perfect people but when you specified at least three times how you want your burgers to be fixed because sometimes people have allergies to certain foods. I am allergic to certain kinds of dairy products and especially mayonnaise. But the service was excellent I'm not the type of person to get a attitude when we can work together to resolve the issue sometime. But in this case McDonald's has been around for a long time especially when it comes to Happy Meals. My grandson love his Happy Meals from McDonald's restaurants..... I will never take that away from him 💜.

The Drive Thru experience was unsatisfactory, necessitating the return of the meal. Specifically, the wrap's sauce emitted an unpleasant odor, prompting a complaint. Upon relaying this issue, an individual in the kitchen reportedly reacted with a laughter. It is recommended that management review surveillance footage to investigate the handling and preparation of the sauces and food. Furthermore, the incorrect beverage was provided, and the food was served cold. The aforementioned issues, particularly the offensive odor, contributed to a negative experience.

I will not be returning to the establishment.

If the staff members' behavior included laughter and giggling in response to my complaint, it suggests potential misconduct or awareness of a food quality issue.

I see pictures of mold on the food. So this is normal.

If you experience unpleasant taste or smell, please feel free to reach out to me it will help a lot.

Update: I contacted the store just now @6am 7/16/25.
I want to appreciate the lady who answered my call and was able to listen to the situation. I will be visiting another McDonald's, the one by my house, I will be getting the same order.
