Worst experience ever, every time I go to the drive-thru I am told to to pull over and my food will be out in 5 minutes but it never is I always have to wait over 15 minutes just to get my order and they are rude about it

This location is totally weird bathrooms have a lock just to go inside. I had to go ask the front but they wouldn’t give me the code. Only if I buy something. If not, I couldn’t use the bathroom. That was weird. Never had that issue before in any McDonald’s, I do not recommend this location. Do not come.

Today it is remodeled well but the bad thing is that they serve you when they want they start talking and they don't give what you ask for I go because it is close to me I live because not there because it wasn't outside since my children ask so there are several very rude ladies and one of them is in charge there

Today I went to buy three hamburger combos of which they only gave me a hamburger and they gave me some nuggets that I didn't even ask for 🤷🏻♂️ I returned to the store to have my order changed and they still served me angrily as if it had been my fault that they were wrong and they didn't even give me any compensation, the really terrible service they gave me, not even the manager who should take good care of me did it, he also had his angry face
