I really hate that this location is 3 minutes away from me because I would love to go to another location but hate that it will be a drive so I just go to this location even though I hate it. The quality of the food is just TERRIBLE every time I go and the service well, it’s not the greatest, it’s ok depending on the person that attends you. They are always out of something, during summer it’s always anything related to ice cream and etc. because the machine is “down”. Others might have a different opinion but to me the main important thing is FOOD QUALITY who wants their fries dry or old?? Or their burgers?? There’s never a day when I go and the food is fresh it’s always old food they are serving. I work at a restaurant once I see there’s something that looks old and dry I throw it away and make new one because the point here is to provide great service and keep the customer happy right? We, the customers, literally pay just to get sucky quality food when will we get fresh quality food? Not to mention for a meal the price is almost $10 or $10. It’s just ridiculous to me. The manager of the place should pay more attention and do better. I’ve been to other McDonald’s and they SERVE fresh food so it’s just this location. When the location on northwest hwy was still open I would rather go there and drive 5 minutes than go to this one that is 3min away but the other one burned down so I’m forced to go to this one because the next one close it’s like 15 minutes away. FOOD QUALITY IS IMPORTANT! Specially since we are paying.

Worst McDonald's to go to they take forever and still mess up the order there's always a big line because the workers are not fast enough they also have doordashers waiting 45 minutes for a order with 1 item on it the food will be done sitting off in the back

This place is terrible. The manager's customer service is awful. I wanted an apple pie, paid for it, and when they brought it,ohh surprise!, they didn't have it. If they don't have it, they should tell you before you pay, not when you're already expecting it. The same thing has happened to me many times, and it's exhausting. Then the manager proceeds to tell us not to go back to the store because of a mistake that was theirs. This only reflects the poor management of the store.

Avoid this location at all costs , order is always wrong or missing items and they never answer the phone when you try to call to get your issue taken care of . This locations sucks! And you can’t contact corporate because it isn’t on McDonald’s website at all . Poor job McDonald’s ! Def lower your expectations and standards if you are wanting subpar fast food

Super rude customer service I ordered two happy meals and a meal. I asked the girl at the second window can I get some ketchup and barbecue. She left the window I stayed at the window once again, I asked her can I get some ketchup and barbecue and she said yes, but it’s going to be a dollar. Since when have they charged for sauces when I didn’t even received any in the first place.
