Been going for about a whole week trying to get a mocha hot coffee because it is cold outside and i been craving some hot chocolate. They say they don’t have it. It is upsetting and disappointing not being able to get a cup of hot mocha coffee when craving it, from this particular restaurant.

Why did the lady in the drive thru said if we asked for ketchup just bc we asked if there was ketchup in the bag , but when we do they don’t forget make it have sense
Order breakfast for my family and when I arrived home and checked my order was all wrong . My egg bacon and cheese biscuit is completely wrong and missing all I asked for ??
I’ve been coming here for years since I live nearby, and my kids like the place. However, I’m giving 2 stars because of my repeated experiences. My orders are wrong at least half the time—I’m either missing one item or several, and it’s frustrating. This rarely happens at other restaurants I visit.
Additionally, redeeming points here guarantees cold food or stale fries. I wouldn’t recommend it. The only reason I keep coming is because, well, it’s McDonald’s, and you end up here sometimes.

I would not recommend this McDonald’s. My orders are missing at least 1 item 90% of the time. There have been times I have waited over 10 minutes for my food so definitely don’t go if you don’t have much time. If you redeem your points for any food they will give you cold and soggy food. My orders are frequently incorrect. I just avoid this location now after giving so many chances.

Today, I had the pleasure of visiting your restaurant. After placing my order, I waited, and soon realized how well the employee treated me—with great respect. He even offered me a special sauce twice, which was a nice touch. I was genuinely surprised because the overall customer service in the area is often quite poor. People are usually unhappy, and it shows in how they interact with you. However, your employee was exceptional—always smiling and attentive, even to the Uber drivers. Before leaving, I asked him his name, and he told me it was Jesus. I hope you take good care of him, as he is very talented. Otherwise, someone else might offer him a job. He’s really good at what he does.

What's happening with the coffee? It doesn't taste the same before, it's very delicious and it doesn't anymore... it's bought often and the same thing and the creamers have a lot of trouble opening them.

I went through the drive thru window today for lunch. I was in a really big hurry so i didn’t really check my food before I left. Well i should have. They gave me the wrong order. No hamburger. No fries. Almost didn’t give me a drink. This is the 2nd time this has happened there. I don’t have time to go back now to return it… AND they didn’t give me my receipt so I cant even call them.

Don't run out of coffee. If I'm paying you for a large coffee I would expect the amount of that size. Coffee is not free, you are paid for it. It's almost half full, what a joke is this. It's better not to repeat it.

They had the best Frch Vanilla iced coffee and I kno that's little but when I'm havin a day it helps. Keep it up guys
