Stood at the walk up window for like 25 mins waiting, phone died, they never came.. While they only helped people in drive through...

Also food at this location useally taste lower quality than the other McDonald's down the street. But this one is closer to me so useally have to come here.

Literally one of the dumbest experiences I have ever encountered at a fast food chain…

I highly recommend this franchise owner goes fully AI with robotics, because these people screw up every time I order here. Yes, machines would easily do better.

Example: Yes, I would like the meal for the number three combo meal… it’s on that level of dumb. They still screwed up the order. Don’t even try to throw them off by using the app, that’s a whole other level of complexity for them.

Pay the extra money and make this great location at least semi-automated. Keep the few good employees and at least replace the ordering menu with an AI bot, I’ll bet the service reviews increase a little, then skyrocket when you replace it all with robotics…

Worst experience from this location ever, Erica doesn’t answer the drive thru then claims she can’t put an order in at the window even tho hearing impaired have to drive up to the window. Poor excuse of an employee.

Passed through drive thru to order 3 mini Oreo McFlurrys. I usually go to the location is casa view but was driving by so decided to stop. Well never again, lady in the drive through was trying to charge me for regular sized which no big deal but when I told her so she could correct it she immediately gave me an attitude saying I never said mini which I know I did because I never order the regular sized. Seems to me like she was in a mad mood because you could hear it in her voice before I even drove up. If they don’t like their job they should look elsewhere maybe a place where theirs no customer interaction. As someone who’s worked their whole like in customer service jobs regardless how your shift is going you should always be happy to serve. Just my thought (;
