A horrible experience going to the drive-thru... what's the point of giving your order if they're not willing to listen and put it in the system correctly... not only that telling them when you're paying that they got the order wrong and they need to correct it they just said they are going to the staff in front so they could correct it manually... just to come up to pick up your order they just tell you to park and then you have a staff member shoving your order in the window so they could leave immediately and they still got the order wrong... and then having to take the extra time to get out of the vehicle to fix the order at the front... and staff given an attitude when I the customer is trying to get the order fixed...

No one speaks english and had to wait for them to stop chating finaly to take my order
I ordered a large frappé and they don't fill it all the way to the top. They fill it up with whip cream. It's half whip cream n half frappé. It's also very hard for them to fix the latte machine, it's been broken for days. I usually go daily to buy one but for a whole week it's been broken. Some of those people really need to get fired.
Parking: Not sure why they make people park for a simple order like mine.

Although I don't generally write reviews, I felt the need to do so this time.
For starters, the kiosk was out of receipt paper making the locating of my order and feedback options more difficult.
During our visit, customer service was rude and out of the question. Young man "Ethan" at the counter mockingly stuck out my order which worst of all had been wrong the first time around when he clearly saw I had a cast on my arm and made me overextend way beyond the counter to reach for it, embarrassing.
Worst of all the old lady walking around serving orders has 0 cleanliness in her ways, coughed on her hands soon before handing my order... unacceptable. Handling trash and food in between without washing or let alone sanitizing her hands.
