lady in drive thru was rude and was almost like in a rush to take orders they were not even busy . she needs to work on customer service other ladies at windows were nice. she took my order and didnt say thank you all i heard was “what else” like 5 times and “is that it” no sense of hospitality at all.

I paid for sweet tea and got regular tea. Drove back to get what I paid for and was told they close at 10:30 and could not make more sweet tea... But website states open 24hrs???

First of all this McDonald’s IS NOT OPEN 24 HOURS they close early 10:30pm or 11pm some customers do work late in the evening, I had to go to a McDonald’s out of my way to get something to eat, big inconvenience! And when they are open during the day the orders are frequently wrong and some workers don’t understand English. And get your order wrong definitely will not be back to this McDonald’s.

I’m giving 3 stars because I had a mixed experience coming here, everything went pretty smoothly until I got to the window and got my food, my drink was missing and when I told the lady she said I didn’t order one that I was not there, I had to show my receipt for them to believe it, (you should have a screen with the full order in front of you) and then apparently nobody in the store knew how to make a hot chocolate, she asked her manager and the manager didn’t know either, so they just gave me hot water with a pack of chocolate…. Ended up not drinking it, anyways I’ll leave the instructions below so they know how to make it now, and yes I got this from another location where I go pretty often, I hope this helps them here.

Recently renovated, but then changed business hours to close earlier at night (previously open 24 hrs). The staff doesn't seem very happy or well trained in customer service. Every time I come here they get my order wrong or I have items missing that I paid for.
I stopped coming to this location because they always always get the orders WRONG like a language barrier. And then they are not open 24 hrs either like other McDonald locations so I have to go out of my way to go to one that is open 24 hrs. I ordered a simple meal from their value menu I drop it off to my kid she calls said the other is totally wrong and missing the nuggets I go back to get the order correct and they still got it wrong absolutely ridiculous. I will not go back to this McDonald’s again.

What is the point of ordering on the app ahead of time if they make you wait? The people in the car behind us that ordered via drive thru received their order first then I did. Is it a quota thing?
