Customer service needs training. The young kid did not read the order back and NEVER said thank you after taking the order. The two Big Macs, had way too much special sauce and we had to take off the overload of the sauce, which was a big mess in the car. The chicken sandwich was also the same with cheese and we ordered the sandwich with NO cheese. The quarter pounder with NO cheese was loaded up with double cheese. The fries were GREAT.... Who could mess that up?? We will never go back to this location. NO second chance for this location. Very disorganized and poorly managed.

Just know, if they mess up your order, they wont be opening a door to help you get your items as ordered, they will tell you to call then completely ignore all calls made to the establishment, then, they will tell you to circle around and will complain excessivly as if they didn't make a mistake. Go to another mcdonalds somewhere else and talk to people that at least understand common reasoning. Don't think I didn't hear you chatting it up in the background, just because I am white does not mean I do not understand Spanish. I dont complain much but after the 25 minutes I had wasted AFTER placing and recieving the order, the LEAST that you could do is get the order correct.

8 minutes after ordering for a cup of iced coffee without cream or sugar, still waiting. Mcdonalds is neither cheap nor fast.

This location was not able to pour coffee into a cup of ice and put a lid on in 8 minutes time. Astounding. In the end I just left. Overall probably 15 minutes wasted.

Nobody manning the register so you have to use the digiral kiosks. 4 ordering kiosks but only 1 is working so I had to wait there.

What is this clown company even doing. Dont think theyd be in business if they didnt accept food stamps.

Also its located in the hood. Roads and sidewalks (if there is a sidewalk), are basically on par with those in third world countries or iraq after the usa bombed it. Rocks, dirt trash everywhere. Usa just likes bringing other countries down to their level.

Sloppy, careless employees. Ugly food.
Ordered a deluxe quarter pounder. Received a deluxe McCrispy chicken sandwich that was cold, soggy, and topped with brown, wilted lettuce. Will not return to this location.
