Avoid this McDonald’s at all costs. This is single-handedly the worst McDonald’s, honestly the worst fast-food restaurant, I’ve ever been to. My friends and I went around 8 PM wanting to dine in because it was a long day and we just wanted to sit and relax. As we were walking up, one of the employees rushed to the door to lock it while staring at us, then stood there with an annoyed look. A female coworker came over and stared at us too, which was just awkward and rude. We had no choice but to go through the drive-thru.
After waiting a full 30 minutes, they finally started taking our order. I told them what I wanted, and the guy completely ignored us for about five minutes until I said, “I’m not moving until you take my order.” Only then did he respond with “what do you want.” We pulled around, paid, and they gave us the exact opposite of what we ordered. All the drinks were basically just cups of ice, and we were missing nuggets.
We parked and checked the food, then I walked back to the drive-thru speaker to let them know the order was wrong. Same thing again. I waited about two minutes before the guy said, “You need a car or I won’t take your order,” completely ignoring the fact that they messed up our food, likely on purpose.
This place is a massive waste of time and money. Rude staff, terrible service, wrong orders, and zero accountability. Avoid this McDonald’s at all costs.

They rush u to make a order an still get it wrong. The lady at the pay window had an attitude with the wrong person. Fix her attitude Or fix her job duties. I came on break/ I just pray the next time she workin she has a better attitude towards customers.. @12:10

Bought my family of 6 breakfast from this McDonald’s (635 & Montfort) on Christmas Eve. Used the drive-thru. The following photos show the Egg McMuffin and its rotted/mold covered egg. Feeling sick and will never eat McD’s again. Also, I spent $48 and they didn’t even give me syrup for the 4 big breakfast with hotcakes meals. This place has gone downhill and should step up their game. Merry Christmas.

Great place manager ceaser was very friendly gave me a free whopper and fries and soda all for free God bless, 🙏💪

Stopped by McDonald’s for a quick bite and everything was fresh and fast. The place was clean, staff was friendly, and the order came out exactly right. Drive-thru moved quickly, and the fries were hot and crispy. Great spot when you need something quick and reliable.

Very slow service every time I go they never have more than 1 apple pie available. Waited almost 30min for a medium fry and apple pie and it's not the first time I've had to wait way too long for a small order told the manager I was going to leave a review and she didn't even try to accommodate me over all terrible experience
