I didn't get my receipt to log in my points. Have not been able to get help from any associate to get my receipt to log my points. It has been two days and still no help. I don't even care that the fries were stale I really just want my points.

The food is average the service is terrible and they rush you through the drive-thru so they can keep the drive-thru clear and then later on screw up your order when they take it out to your car and also the drink was terrible I recommend checking your food before you leave the driveway

Sat In line 10 minutes. For One person to come on and take the person in the other lanes order first who had just pulled up.. despite them asking me to wait a “moment”

Then had to wait in line another 30 minutes with only 3 cars ahead of me.

I pulled in the drive thru. Sat at the the outer intercom repeatedly saying hello for 10 mins as cars at the inner intercom kept getting their orders taken. Once I got my order taken I pulled up to the window and was told my total that I knew was incorrect. Come to find out they made my meal a large without me telling them too. They then also added bacon to my order without me telling them to. They adjusted the price to make it a medium. Took the bacon off my sandwich and STILL charged me for the bacon. When I asked for the full order to reflect properly, I was told no. This is/was unacceptable and should not be tolerated.
