Ya’ll are the worst McDonald’s in Dallas. I hate when my doordash order come from hereeee! Food always cold. Food always missing. Never put sauces that you paid for in the bag 😒😒 0/10

Went to pickup and order and waited 10 minutes before an even acknowledged me. I was the only black person there and I was skipped over 3 times for them to help other Hispanic customers. I tried to get the male employee attention but he kept walking past me like he couldn't hear. The customer service is this location is the worst I've ever encountered at any restaurant. I wouldn't suggest anyone to visit this location if you're black

Horrible services , guy on the intercom mocking me , I said sir I'm ready to order , he said now we are close , he said no we are open , I said so what is it open or close he said what you mean but never wanted to take my order , but you can clearly see it's open.
Horrible, these employees shouldn't have a job and should be terminated immediately makes the business look bad.

The food is good here the only thing that made this place great was the atmosphere of the zoo animals that that was on there now it has been taken down and literally just a drag single inside and look at it

ordered my food and i got told to pull forward to their parking spots and gave other people behind me their order first and had me waiting for over 20 minutes
