I’m tired one thing going wrong when I order from here. Ordered a whole bacon quarter pounder meal. Literally no bacon and no where did I say no bacon. I can’t even get through to talk to someone either so a review it is. I wish they would stop messing up or forgetting something

Did not get my food. Sent my daughter to get my order for me because I am disabled and am not able to walk. We live right down the street so she can go walking. She does not drive either. She had her own order that she picked up too. They were both inside pick up orders. I also had a reward redeemed in my order. She was able to get hers but not mine. She gave them a copy of the order and the order code. They told her that she or i needed to pick it up in the drive thru window. I was not able to go because I had back surgery and I am disabled at this time. I can not drive right now. My daughter had to put in a complete new order for me so I could eat. She called to the complain or company line and they said they were going to refund me and never did. This has never happened before!! I was really excited for my reward. I don’t understand this situation?? We explained everything to the customer service department over the phone that night. She even put in a review on Yelp and no response??

This is by far the best McDonald's I have been to in the Dallas/Downtown area! I came in, employees greeted me while working hard, keeping the tables clean, I walked around the restaurant and it's very clean! As I waited for my meal I was able to unwind and relax! Tiffany (employee) brought me my food with a warm smile and made me feel welcomed. I support this Franchise and location. Couldn't have done better! Food was fantastic! 10 out of 10. ❤️🔥🙏🤝

I understand that they were busy all i did was ask for extra condiments the guy said they had to charge i said fine he got upset and started being disrespectful when he thought i couldnt hear. i buy from here offten and usually have a good experience maybe this was a one time thing hopefully

Do not go here. Ordered Caramel Sundae... it was nearly half a the normal measure. I told them this wasn't right, and they said they 'don't over fill',... it wasn't overfilled, it wasn't even filled. Disgraceful. Not like this as any other Macdonalds. Just avoid this one.
