All of the food is great. Everything else was not. We were seated and then the waitress forgot about us for the next 20 minutes, despite walking past the table several times as we tried to get her attention. On first glance, the restaurant is super cute, but it apparently isn't well maintained. We were seated next to a door that kept coming open and it took 4 different people...stopping by at different times, and making one of us get up and move each time...to get it locked so it would stay closed. There was also a large, open drain and overflowing trash can in the women's restroom. š¤¢

In May, HC Capital is encouraging this timeless place to close due to rental price increases. This company is ousting The Moth in order to provide ā a great canvas for local and national talent to bring creative concepts to the district.ā Phooey! The Moth is the only restaurant left in the snooty, over-priced Design District that started and maintained an artistic, creative concept in the area. Please donāt close! Money talks, but not quite like John the magnificent bartender and the other attributes of The Moth.

place was quiet and well kept, I went around 4: 00pm and had one of the Greatest culinary experiences I've ever had in the state. I got the shrimp and grits and the Carmel bread pudding. The portion size for the grits was a little smaller than what I was expecting, but aside from that this place is amazing. Totally coming back here with my family.

First time visitor with my family, did my research, and it WAS EVERYTHING as advertised. Beautiful place with its on chic-retro vibe, clean, excellent customer service, and THE FOOD was TOP NOTCH-both in quality, taste and presentation, and was not overpriced like some places based on what you āactually getā. I got Dr. Pepper ribs and the Mr. got braised ribs. They were Amazing! It was hard to choose entrees because the entire menu is full of excellent choices; thereās something for EVERYONE-no matter your food preference or diet type. I will visit againā¦..and again!

Meddlesome Moth is a really cool restaurant that I enjoyed visiting. I discovered it through a friend that suggested it.
I absolutely loved the three big pieces of art that look like stained glass on the wall. Very cool stuff. The restaurant was busy but the service was still timely and friendly.
I decided on the French Toast Sandwich. It is Duroc ham, Tilamook cheddar , and fried egg , on brioche bread with breakfast potatoes. I liked it. I didnāt care for the texture of the cheese. It was too mushy for me. Iām a texture person though. The French toast was my favorite part. The potatoes were just ok. I washed it down with a very tasty Mimosa.
Meddlesome Moth was a good time. I plan to go back and try more things on the menu. The next time you are looking for a new brunch spot, you should check Meddlesome Moth out.

This place itās probably one of the worst place Iāve been in a while base on their reviews very disappointed. Food quality is just not there the ribeye I canāt tell you how bad the quality .. so tough itās very cheap over all the food quality and their wine.
