$22 for a beer? Ripping people off one guest at a time! Next time -- there will be no next time.

Media is your tentacle hotel lobby lounge They have a full bar what you can also sit off somewhere quiet in the cut and a nice comfy booth or you can sit in the front in an atrium style CD, you can sit at the bar or during happy hour you could sit at a high top or you could sit in their dining area and watch big screen TVs. It has that comfy yet casual feel but also that happy hours sports bar feel after a conference or wedding. The staff was nice the restaurant was clean and they had a pretty decent menu. We are staying in the Hilton Hotel Anatole where Media is located and we will definitely be back!

Food was not very good for how expensive the meals are. Service was pretty bad. It took forever to get our food and there was hardly any diners at the time. We were here for two hours.

Food is quite bad especially considering the prices are really high. Moreover the menu is tiny and has barely any options (as well as some of them weren't even available). They also messed up one of the items we ordered and we had to get it redone. Service was also very slow despite it not seeming very busy.

Beautiful atmosphere, the food was amazing. My husband loved the quesadillas and the cheeseburger was perfect. Our server, Larry, was wonderful!! Highly recommend and we will be back!

We stayed at the hotel and while here we tried the Media grill. We had the quesadilla and the salmon (subbed the rice with mixed veges) which both meals were fabulous. We both enjoyed our meals then ordered the pizookie for dessert. We are happy campers.

I went to eat breakfast and I have never felt so pushed to eat breakfast buffet. Then when I wanted to order they took a while and the smoked Benedict the biscuit was a little hard, the pork belly was tough and overcooked and they skimp on the holandaise and service wasn't the

This place benefits from a significant, "got ya by the balls" dynamic. The only reason you'd need to go there is if you're staying at the Hilton Anatole and if you're staying there, your options are limited. It's not like there is an abundance of other dining options near the Anatole. The fact that a hotel of this one's size has only one full time, full service restaurant is a bit stunning. If you're dining at the Media bar, it's more likely by force rather than choice. Everything about this place is unexceptional. The food, the drink, the service. The only thing exceptional about this place is the noise level. That's off the charts. If you like going places where you have to shout at your companions, this is the place for you. We visit twice over a recent stay, would have been 3x had we not been turned away because they didn't have enough bartenders working another time. The food was just meh. Pretzel was OK, nothing else was all that exciting. Unless your staying at the Anatole there is no reason to even consider eating here. Even if you are, do yourself a favor and make the drive to someplace better.

Very average hotel restaurant. Price is high for what it is, but the service is kind and accommodating. Cole slaw portion was anemic, and the brisket was tough. Skillet cornbread was fine, and the sauces were tasty enough.

Worst service EVER... you are better off ordering door dash. Having to wait OVER 1 hour for French fries. Is unacceptable, place was 1/2 full only sitting ppl at the bar and patio. The back was empty. Manager tried to say it was busy. He is an idiot or incompetent. Whole wait staff is trash. From the host to servers

I stayed at the Hilton for a conference and ate at the Media Grill both nights. The food was excellent and so were the drinks but what made this experience truly amazing was our server Victoria. Victoria is knowledgeable about the menu, made excellent recommendations, was friendly, personable, and in every way possible one of the best experiences at a restaurant that I have had. I have never left a review for anything before and loved her so much, I downloaded an app to make this review! If you go here, ask for Victoria and then eat and drink what she tells you and you will have an amazing and delicious experience!! 1,000 STARS!!!

Horrible service and customer service For a 4+ star hotel the service i experienced the past three days was horrendous. Doing all day meetings we had little time for lunch. Today at the Media poor slow service even when telling the server e asked if fries could be substituted with a $25 burger. He says yes and then charged $3 more fur a little salad. When questioned he says it's extra to substitute. The menu says $3 more for sweet potato fries, nothing about a salad. One in the party asked for a manager and explains the issue. She says it says so on the menu, which wasn't true. Manager more interested in arguing her point than making it right I told server i was on a restricted diet and could he ask the chef if i could get like a soup broth. I was told no kitchen is too busy they won't accommodate Yesterday on a time crunch i went in and asked for two coffees and a water. Hostess tells me we are too busy to get it, go to the bar The place wasn't very busy. Another time at the market store i asked a girl if i can get an extra coffee cup to reinforce the cup i had. She said it costs .75 cents and get back in the 20 minute line Definitely won't eat at this Hilton property again

The brisket & potato soup, while spicy, was delicious. Our waiter was kind and never let my water glass go empty. The only issue I had was the location. The table we were at was set up in the traffic area of the hotel, and it was rather loud for conversation. But if you like people watching, it's perfect.
