I went there yesterday with a couple of friend, one of them did not like the flavor, was tasting bad, we informed the lady and she told us to trash it, we asked for a new flavor, and she charged again. Bad customer service! We said the ice cream tasted badly, so she should eat it anyways?!
Great ice cream in one of the coolest neighborhoods of Dallas!

Really delicious and unique flavors of homemade ice cream. I was able to sample as many flavors as I liked. Had my heart set on one of the ice cream sandwiches so I got one of those and my boyfriend got two scoops in a cup. I really wish I would’ve went the route my boyfriend did because the ice cream cookie sandwiches were premade and frozen solid. Did not get to enjoy my dessert with him and had to wait hours for it to thaw. If there was an option for fresh made cookie ice cream sandwiches I think I would’ve enjoyed what I had ordered. But yeah if you’re looking for a quick sweet treat you can enjoy immediately, definitely stick to the scoops. The seating was also interesting. Theres only 4 chairs inside as it is a very small and crowded shop, and there is a busy restaurant outside that has plenty of seating next door but there was only a few dirty or already taken tables outside for Melt. I think this stop is meant for people walking around in the arts district not a seated date night spot, so maybe that was on me. But definitely not a bad spot. Probably just not for me.

Delicious ice cream flavors!! We tried the TX lavender honey crunch and salt lick flavors. Would recommend! Their ice cream is soft and creamy. Came inside on a whim from the hot summer air and had a great tasting experience!

Great product. Delicious & creative. Crabby staff. It’s a hard job but clients should not be treated with annoyance & irritation. Managers: please talk to staff about smiling and being nice.

Fun, interesting flavors, but the ice cream had shards of ice in it and tasted like it was freezer burnt.

Not best service and pretty good ice cream. Birthday cake seemed to have huge crouton sized chunks of frozen unflavored cake in it (meh). The honey lavender was good though
Cute ice cream parlor, location is a good place to walk around if weather permits!
