I’m gonna keep this review really simple. I was hungry as hell on my lunch break and was craving a good sandwich. Walked around West Village and saw Mendocino Farms and decided I’m going to try this spot. Very clean and spacious on the inside and the employees are really nice. I’m not even joking when I say I might have had the best sandwich of my life here. The chimichurri Steak sandwich was to die for. Every bite was like heaven. The sweet onion jam was the perfect compliment to the savory steak and the chimichurri added a fresh vibrant taste to the sandwich. 10/10 will be coming back to try other sandwiches

Food is amazing so I have come back at least a dozen times but wow they have been an absolute zero out of five stars in terms of service every single time. Their staff is easily the most rude set of people and it takes roughly an hour every single time to get a single sandwich. There was a time I ordered ahead an entire hour and had it for pickup, and when I get there they had just never even started the order and then proceeded to take 45 minutes to make my food while I stood there and waited. Absolutely horrible and if you are the owner reading them this please take this as a hint to upgrade your staff or this place is going to fall apart.

I’m officially in love. The food was AMAZING (Got the avocado & quinoa superfood ensalada with chicken, pork belly bahn mi, and the spicy potato salad). I didn’t know a salad could be THAT good. The vibe is positive and “happy chill.” There was a super sweet person running the line that felt like the equivalent of a warm hug in human form. Can’t wait to come again on our next Dallas trip.

First let’s just say the customer service we received from ROBIN and the staff was by far above and beyond. I was placing a catering order for the office. She was able to answer any questions I needed. Her energy and attentiveness made me want to order from here. The food was a hit in the office- fresh, tasty, and flavorful. The organization of the packaging and labels for people to select their sandwich option was a unique touch.I will stop by in person next!

There simply is no better lunch option. The menu is awesome and the flavors are incredible. Love the healthy alternatives like the no fried chicken where you still get the texture but not the downside of deep fried oil. Really awesome side options. Salads are packed with flavor. Absolutely love this

We used to go here a lot, but had to stop altogether due to the slow service and weirdness of it all.The beer and wine are almost always out or the taps are broken. So much so, that you might even consider this place not to sell booze. And they never sold cocktails, so keep on shopping if if you like a cold drink with your dinner. If you do get a glass of wine from the tap, taste it first because we have had to send back a few due to rancid tasting vino.The staff are always busy even when the restaurant is empty. I think this is because they do >90% of there business in to-go orders. So maybe we were never really meant to go inside here to eat in person. We didn't get the memo. We did eventually though and now we won't return.The food itself is pretty good. I guess that's why they are popular with the Doordash crowd.Parking: Park in the garage for free.
