I went with my parents recently and we were overjoyed with the incredible service, unique cocktails and delicious food. We were there in the evening, and the dim lights gave a swanky yet welcoming vibe. We really enjoyed our meal and I WILL for sure be back! Here is what we ordered and our ratings: - Uca gnocchi (8/10) - Daily bread (9/10) - Sakura Pork "Au Poivre" (9/10) - Sgt. Pepper Goes to Jalisco (10/10) - Kohlrabi caesar (10/10) - Short rib (10/10) I'll never forget the caesar salad which was anything but traditional. The flavors were out of this world, but it still had the familiar cool crunch of a caesar salad. The short rib was also outstanding - one of the best pieces of beef I had in a long time. If you stop by, definitely go hungry so you can order the daily bread (seasonal) before enjoying your mains!

Recently tried this place via recommendation and was not disappointed! ** We sat at the bar, so unsure on table service experience. Atmosphere: 5/5 - cute, sleek, modern decor and the entire building is basically glass. Great vibe. Food: 4/5 - we had the oysters, scallops, crispy rice, garganelli, and espresso panna cotta. Drinks: 4/5 - wine list was decent and the house cocktails looked great and well crafted as well. Service: 3/5 - it started off strong as the bar but as the evening picked up, we somewhat transitioned who was helping us and one of our orders was forgotten. The manager fixed it quickly but attentiveness did drop off as more tables were sat. Will definitely go back!

An exquisite pairing of flavors that are a gastronomy treat.

Nice restaurant with a creative menu. While service was very friendly, they were poor on execution.Didn’t have or were out of first 3 tequila’s I ordered; non of which were unusual.Upon ordering, our server told us that some meals took a bit longer is it would be about 20 minutes to prep. 40 minutes later, we had to asked where our food was.The manager was nice. He said they had to “cook the chicken from raw” and this is why it took so long. How else would I’d have been. If I wanted precooked chicken, I’d god to KFCThe chicken was pretty flavorless. The short ribs are very fatty.

Overall, good food and portions could be a bit more generous. The menu was simple, not a lot of options. Service was good. Nice restaurant.Parking: Not much of parking. I used the valet service that the restaurant validated.

We've been wanting to check out Meridian for a while and were not disappointed! Everything was delicious. Johnny and his team took such great care of us, too. Looking forward to our next visit!

We had an outstanding experience dining there. The manager and staff were able to accommodate us in their outdoor patio besides the fact that they had that area closed that day because of a storm that was expected to hit and never did. The food flavors were great and the in house bread was to die for. The area if quiet and perfect to walk around after dinner. We loved it!

Food was top notch! Service was trying real hard to be fine dining but making it weird. The restaurant is in an apartment complex...people are wearing gym clothes. It's unnecessary to try that hard. The food speaks for itself.

Interesting and creative menu. Oysters on the half shell were excellent with refreshing flavors. Grilled scallops excellent. The "small plate" was smaller than expected, and more of an appetizer portion, but very tasty. At $ 100 dollars per person for 3 courses, price is on the high side, but still an excellent dining experience.

Had one of the best meals of my life here last week. The Wagyu and the duck paired perfect with the fresh bread and beef tartare. food so good I had to buy the cooks a round of drinks. Excellent service, and appropriately priced for what your getting.

This is are 5th time dinning with you guys and as always our experience was amazing. Food was incredible as the service. Cocktails are probably my favorite thing there. They are not only unique but also delicious and well made for the great mixologists there. I love the atmosphere and the Jass night was a very chic and wonderful touch to complete our great date night experience last night. Keep it up! Love Meridian!

The food and ambience was great! Really loved dining here as it felt like something not typical of Dallas. The portions were just about right to feel satisfied but the pricing was a bit more than what I would have expected. The bread, although pretty good, was $15. That's pretty expensive considering the size of the loaf, but the condiments were probably what added to the price. Overall I'd probably recommend it but not sure if go there often.

This could be a great place for tapas and drinks after work or for an intimate date, but I would consider this a tasting experience rather than a dinner date. I love an upscale dining experience, but based on how the menu is laid out, the portions were insulting. The duck ravioli was 3 tiny ravioli for $32, which should have been listed under “small plates” on the menu. There are some things that are more meal-sized portions (like the wagyu and gnocchi), but I would consider all of the entrees “small plates” that I saw. They would be better served making this an “omakase” experience/menu if they're going to serve almost-single-bite entrees, so people can taste multiple things and know they're paying for a tasting experience, not a meal. There's better food with better portions, and frankly better flavors elsewhere. We likely won't be back, unfortunately.
