Food was yummy, service was trash. Seemed like waiter had an attitude or just sarcastic as heck. The manager was nice & the food was great! Might return if we get a different waiter.

This place is really good for seafood was fresh and great by my standers. Here’s during the day so pretty chill vibe. I do see a stage so might have to come by in a weekend. Great Paloma

Impeccable service as always and and a sophisticated yet laid back atmosphere. However, the steady decline continues. Entrees felt rushed as the Quesoi Blanco enchiladas were under cooked resulting in solid blocks of cheese wrapped in stiff, heavy tortillas. The dish was saved by the always excellent Queso Blanco sauce. Chicken and Carnitas Tacos were fry and relatively bland. Highlight of the night were combo portions of the aforementioned queso and quacamole to start.

It was okay. Got this Mexican lasagna looking thing that was nothing but tortilla and cheese on one side of the whole thing. My wife's food was good though

Parking in the area is expensive $11 for the near by lot. That is a lot of money to charge on top of lunch.

Celebrated my birthday yesterday with my friends and loved everything about it! 10/10 experience

The restaurant is stylish and the food and drinks are great! However, it is pricey. Service was great as well.

We enjoyed our meal very much, the servers were definitely shorthanded but other than taking a long time to get our food and our check when we We're ready to leave we had a good experience! I love the food here, it is very fresh!!

Everything about our meal at Meso Maya was superb! The chicken mole, guacamole, margaritas, brisket enchiladas....ALL OF IT was good! Even the chocolate lava cake was incredible! DO NOT miss out on this experience!

Have always enjoyed meals at this location but this evening was very uncomfortable. While I was visibly trying to fill out the free parking machine at the front hostess stand, the hostess interrupted me 3 times about where I wanted to sit, before I finally told her I could only do one thing at a time. Then she tells me rather than photographing the QR code on the screen of that machine, that there was an easier way. She should have directed me the easier way to do that before the other questions. After I am seated, the usual pushing of appetizers by my waiter before I even glance at the menu. I ordered water with lots of ice which I got. Then I received the chips and salsa and was asked what I wanted for dinner but I asked that he give me a minute to decide. I know that they tend to bring entrees out very quickly and I didn't want my entree getting cold while I enjoyed my chips. That is a trick I learned decades ago at El Felix, which they also own. Then I didn't see Gerardo again until way after I finished my chips and salsa. I ordered the pork chop and he told me it would be served medium well. I suggested it be medium and he was adamant it had to be medium well. I rarely order pork chops or chicken breasts at restaurants because of how dry they can be. When they are great quality, they can be amazing, but often they are dry. He assured me mine would be juicy. Well it was beautiful but it was tough, chewy, dry and flavorless. The generous sauce could not make it juicy. I ate about 5 bites and didn't even bother to take it home. The accompanying vegetables were excellent. Then after not being available way too long, Gerardo returned and filled my empty water glass with water but no ice and again disappeared. I finally asked another water for a glass of ice. After a very long absence of my waiter I went to the bar to pay. It was a very disappointing experience. Silly complaints I know, but complaints none the same.

Meso Maya never disappoints! We had Palomas and Micheladas and both were delicious. The chips and salsa was great as was the queso and guac. Ceviche was amazing and as always the sweet tamale cake was superb. We don't often get to downtown but when we do, Meso Maya is always on the list! Service was top notch as well.

We asked to be seated outdoors as the AC is freezing in Texas during the summer... lovely enclosed terrace with painted walls, lovely umbrellas, and lights made for a great scene. The drinks were great, food was delicious, portions were generous. I wish we had something like this back home.

I have ordered the Coco de Salmon many times in the past. This visit, however, a different type of salmon was used. A new teriyaki-type glaze was added causing the sugar on top to burn on the grill. Go back to the original recipe & preparation, please!
