God where do I even start. I’m not sure how this place has any employees. My server told me they do not have a bartender and have to make their own drinks for their tables. Why are they bartending but getting paid $2.13? How is that legal? No wonder it takes forever to get my drinks the 2 times I’ve been here. I have not seen other Mi Cocina locations make their servers bartend for basically free, this seems very shady. Don’t even get me started on the management, or should I say- lack thereof… Not professional for managers to try to blame the server for mistakes that ultimately are managements fault. Instead of taking accountability and just being nice and giving a discount he wants to shift the conversation to how his server messed up to try and make himself look better… disgusting behavior to talk trash about your own employees when they aren’t there to speak up for themselves. Its atrocious. This location is a mess. Server was nice and very apologetic (I was never mad at the server, it was a slight inconvenience but the way the manager went about it turned me off.) I won’t be coming back here.

Thomas, our server was incredible. Took a date here he always had our drinks full, made sure our salsa was always refilled and was one of the best experiences I had in Dallas. If you go there ask for Thomas.
