Always on the hunt for great chips and salsa.. Mi Cocina did pretty good the chips are just right in crisp and crunch, salsa is flavorful and they give each guest their own bowl which I super appreciated!!! Enchiladas were a big hit, the crunchy beef taco held up and didn’t fall apart.. it was a beautiful evening and we sat outside on the patio…the Mambo Margarita was pretty good too…

What a cute restaurant! I came with my family. We were visiting and the first night we all enjoyed dinner with Mi Covina! I'm so happy because it was delicious and I was very hungry. Everyone seemed to enjoy different meals, but WE ALL LOVED THE FOOD! We all shared the awesome queso and chips before we had a big time in Dallas sightseeing and enjoying each other's company! We're definitely recommending and returning again!

Almost everything about the food was just okay. The taste of the tortillas overpowered everything else on the enchilada plate. The only thing that saved the food was that the sauce on the enchiladas was good. They do have complementary chips and salsa but neither was good.

We had lunch here, and it was fantastic! There was no wait, and we were given a booth without even asking for one! The waiter was attentive, made sure our drinks were always full, and made sure we were well taken care of.
I would go back for the jalapeño agave margarita, it was one of the best I’ve ever had. Queso was okay. Nachos were good. I’ll try again and order differently…

Got the pinto bean soup which was a little salty, but not bad. My boyfriend said his tacos were a little bland. Guacamole was okay. Thought it was a little strange that there was a bunch of staff lined up, they looked like they were waiting for patrons, like maybe it's usually busier? Service was good.Vegetarian options: Bean soup had bacon in it. Almost got the crispy guacamole tacos, a unique menu item I hadn't seen before. Maybe next time!
