This is my first time at this location and the customer service was amazing. My chicken tenders were seasoned perfectly and the baked beans are good. However, the macaroni and cheese were very bland and needed some seasoning. I will have to try another side but overall good experience.

I love MIKE'S but I we Not come back to the Maple Ave Location if I decide to return I will drive to Preston. Why order online when my food still takes well over an hour to receive. I placed my order online sat 3/8 for pick up @2:45. I walk in at 2:50p the guy tells me it's going to be a few more minutes okay I sit 15 mins, see 2 ppl walk up order and get their orders before mines comes out. I walk up ask how much longer for my meal? He says I'm not sure but their still working on it well can you check another guy steps in looks like they should be calling you soon we'll I've been here awhile and lots of numbers have been called but not mines even though I ordered online. Terrible customer service I believe they push the orders online to the back and cook for the orders in store I waited so long and was so disappointed in the service never again. Work on treating all your customers fairly!
AND I AM MISSING MY DIPPING SAUCE'S AND HONEY

The food was great I came here for the baked Mac n cheese that I saw in some of the photos and they said they quit making it that was a bummer the tenders are worth coming here to get but the regular chicken plates are to expensive for size of the chicken pieces and the flavor was not there it looks like it’s there but it not and you can’t get a two thigh plate which was up setting and the buffalo sauce taste like there’s peanut butter in 🤮 not try to bash this place it’s just to expensive being next to a laundry mat
Very casual, but great food. Your meals are presented in to go containers. Truly no frills. I say that but have been back twice in a month. Lots of options for dipping sauce. I would suggest to try it out. Parking lot is not huge, just so ya know.

I was told that this place had some of the best chicken in Dallas. Well- ai guess I will never know. We decided to give them a try and once we arrived and attempted to place an order we were told that we couldn’t order 2 breasts. We could order only one with any other pieces. It’s not that they didn’t have breasts you just couldn’t order 2 for the same plate. So we left, tried called to express our concerns and someone just kept picking up the phone and hanging it up. Finally someone answered , we asked for a manager, was told to hold. Someone came back to the phone stuttering and said there was no manager on location. Mike’s keep this horrible customer service up and you won’t be known for some of the best chicken here. Glad we were right up the street from Street’s Chicken!!! They earned out business today with the best chicken and customer service.
