The chicken they sell in that place is very delicious and quite affordable, the sauce is delicious and the potatoes are large and crispy.

The food is great especially their fried chicken sandwich and fries. The customer service is not the greatest, one the workers was really loud.

If y’all haven’t been to Mikes then WHAT ARE YOU WAITING FOR?!Let’s start with the famous chicken. Perfect crust, seasoning and made to order each time. I’m hard pressed to think of a better piece of fried chicken. Might be one of the best I ever had. I’ll be dreaming about this chicken. You can’t go wrong with anything on the menu, but the spicy dark meat is definitely on another level of quality and flavor. The service was great and the restaurant was clean. Food took a bit long, so be ready to wait a bit, but since the food is made to order the wait is well worth it.

The manager on duty today at lunch is lame. I asked to modify an order. They said no, I asked to speak to the manager about this. The response was that he was too busy. Very disappointing!
Meh ... It was mid. I couldn't understand why the chicken was so overcooked because of the wait. The coleslaw is essentially just cabbage and sauce, more carrots and pepper would make it better. Don't be fooled by the gruyere Mac and cheese. It's just kraft. The biscuit is the same as you would get from KFC with a little honey butter brushed across, very dry. The beans were fantastic.

Haven’t eaten here, but I’m a favor delivery driver. The order I had, had been placed and paid for. When I arrive they told me 20 minutes. With the eating app platform, food sounds be prepared for the customer upon request so that they can get their food on time. It’s what they paid for and they gotta drivers get their tips!

During my visit to Mike's Chicken on Maple Street in Dallas, I was extremely disappointed with the customer service provided. As a first-time visitor from Las Vegas, I had high expectations for my dining experience, but unfortunately, those expectations were not met.One of the main issues I encountered was the lack of hospitality and professionalism from the staff. The customer service was very poor, and I felt unwelcomed throughout my visit. Additionally, when I requested a simple side of butter sauce (that comes on the biscuit) to accompany my biscuit , I was shocked to be met with refusal. Despite offering to purchase the butter separately, I was told that it was not available for sale. This lack of accommodation and refusal to provide a basic request left a negative impression on me.As a customer, I believe that good customer service is essential for a positive dining experience. The attitude and behavior of the staff at Mike's Chicken fell short of meeting this standard. The refusal to fulfill a simple request for butter reflects poorly on the establishment and indicates a need for improvement in customer service training. As a result of the disappointing customer service and lack of hospitality, I regret to say that I will not be returning to Mike's Chicken. For a city known for its southern hospitality, the experience at this establishment did not align with my expectations. I hope that the management takes this feedback seriously and works towards enhancing the customer service to provide a more welcoming and enjoyable dining experience for all patrons.Overall, my visit to Mike's Chicken was marred by the poor customer service, and I would not recommend this establishment to others based on my experience.

After recently moving to the area and seeing this place constantly buzzing with activity: long lines and waits, and scores of stellar reviews, I just knew this chicken had to be the bomb and I could hardly wait to try it. But unfortunately for me it was just meh. First bite was overwhelmingly salty, nothing else remarkable about the flavor. The crust was odd, weirdly cohesive, not at all flaky, perhaps a play on tempura? There was also a faint artificial aftertaste that I thought had to be preservatives. I noticed more than the normal amount of gristle in the flesh, and something about the texture made me think the chicken had been previously battered and frozen. The one thing I will give it is the pieces are giant-sized, as if on steroids, so in that sense you do get your money's worth at least. But other than that cannot fathom why so many in the city appear to be so keen on the fare here, besides that my taste buds must be residing on another planet. I'm also from Houston where the bar is high, and my expectations probably skewed. But I'm certainly happy that others find their foodie nirvana at Mike's. #supportlocalbusinesses
