All the staff are extremely friendly. I got the normal Avocado toast and the salmon avocado toast. It was not bad but pretty mediocre.

Oh I can gain 10 pounds by eating at this place. The daily specials are awesome. The CFS, Meatloaf, Baked Chicken... oh dang, I am getting hungry just writing about this place. Mimi's is a kin to Momma's Daughter's but not related. Both are excellent diner type places.

First time visitor. We were seated immediately at a clean and comfortable booth. The interior is very nice for a cafe.
Great coffee and cappuccino selections. I had black coffee and was excellent.
We order quickly and the meals arrived in just a few minutes and was fresh and hot.
Overall, I would definitely recommend Mimi’s for breakfast. Bring the whole family. There’s plenty of room.

Great find! Unassuming strip mall storefront with delicious breakfast fare. The lemon blueberry French toast and Colorado omlette were favorites at our table. We will be back.

A good place for breakfast simply because the service was extremely friendly - always smiling and constantly checking on our needs.
The Veggie Head Skillet was a little short on veggies and the undercooked hash browns were masked by the eggs on top.
The Salmon and Toast went for economy priced lox and its color told the tale.
The dietary icons on the menu are clear but perhaps "carne" is the preferred ingredient for most patrons.
Truly nice and clean place for a meal if one can overlook the state of the upholstery in some booths.

Delicious! Staff was mostly wonderful, food was amazing, it wasn't too crowded. I ordered French toast and Avocado toast, and I thought the French toast really stood out.
I did have a weird interaction with the staff member who took my order. I ordered 2 dishes, said "and that's it," and she replied "oh, that's *plenty* for you!" (I'm an average-sized person.) I felt like I needed to defend myself over the amount of food I was eating and made me nervous that the portions would be huge - but no, just regularly sized. I don't know if she meant anything by it or whether this is a common complaint, but it stuck in my mind longer than it maybe should have.
