Amazing experience! \nThere was a mixup with resy and we booked a Christmas tea service for a day which they actually didn't do the service on. We were really bummed out, but as soon as we spoke to Amber (the general manager) she went above and beyond to remedy the situation. We made our on little tea (ordered apps and champagne) and she was even able to serve us the tea that they would have served during the tea service. She truly went above and beyond, we couldn't...
