This is one of the best dinners we've ever had. Every thing was perfectly delicious. We had appetizers, pastas and meat dishes that were elegantly presented and served with comfortably shareable arrangements. Even desserts were amazing and shareable for a party of 6. The drinks were great and the flavors were delectable. This is an incredible experience and worth the price for the exceptional experience.

Was sat a table next to hostess stand where most of night we got to look at people walking in and waiting for their table. Freezing cold as well. Waitress was good and food was good. Appetizers were average. Probably won't return based on experience. Too bad as prior visits were good.

The bartender was super attentive and helpful in making food and beverage selections. The octopus was one of the best prepared we have ever had. The red snapper Milanese was incredible. We celebrated our anniversary dinner at Mister Charles yesterday, and it was a wonderful experience. The food was absolutely delicious, with so many layers of flavor in every dish. We enjoyed the Caesar salad and the corn beignets to start, followed by the Milanese red snapper and the truffle scarpinocc with ricotta, toasted hazelnuts, and honey. We finished the night with a fabulous ice cream sundae, which was the perfect sweet ending. Every bite was thoughtfully prepared and beautifully balanced, an ideal place for a special celebration.

We chose Mister Charles to celebrate our wedding anniversary. The food is good but I was not blown away, and the value for money is undoubtedly questionable. Upon being greeted by the hostess, I was asked if we are celebrating anything special - to which I responded that my husband and I are celebrating our wedding anniversary. She even asked me how long we had been married and we had a little chat around the subject. To my surprise, this was the first and last time any mention of our anniversary was made the entire evening. No congratulations or acknowledgement by the server, no complimentary dessert or drinks. Why did the hostess even bother to ask me if we were celebrating anything if the restaurant did not plan to make some mention of it and do something small to make our evening feel special! I think it's completely pathetic for a restaurant of this so-called calibre, which we chose specifically for a special celebration. I don't think I have ever been to a restaurant in Dallas where they have been notified that we are celebrating a special occasion (anniversary, birthday etc) and they haven't done something special like give us a card, or special dessert. Truly far lower-end restaurants even go to greater effort - but it is definitely expected at a restaurant on this level - certainly when you are paying a huge premium to fine there. You expect not only good food, but exceptional treatment all round. It has left a very bitter taste in our mouths. I highly recommend choosing somewhere else for your special occasions!!

Our daughter and her husband were visiting from England and we wanted an especially nice experience for them. We had both recently had anniversaries so we wanted to celebrate them together. Mister Charles did not disappoint! My husband and I had been a couple of times before so we knew it would impress our special guest too. We were treated like royalty and the food was spectacular! From the hostess to the waiters and everyone in between, they couldn't have been nicer. It was just the experience we wanted for our family. If I were to find any negative thing it would be that the chairs we were in were too low. I might ask to be seated somewhere else next time. But we hardly noticed after the service began. We look forward to going back soon!

First, this is a beautiful restaurant and the staff - wonderful!. Food is very good. The biggest problem is the extreme noise level. While we were there we clocked the noise at a consistent 85 decibels and higher which is the equivalent of standing next to a lawnmower at full power. Incredibly difficult to hear our companions at the table and very hard to hear the wait staff. A Michelin recognized restaurant is not just about the food but the overall ambiance and this definitely was a negative. They need to add curtains and other noise deadening fixes and they need to turn down/turn off the music as it was impossible to actually hear the music and all it did was contribute to the excessive noise levels. All that noise just added to a feeling of urgency to eat and run and not relax and enjoy the meal.

Might be one of the prettiest and beautifully decorated restaurants I have ever dined in worked wide. Serves was impeccable and every dish was elevated and presented so unique. Was my wife's birthday and she was given amazing attention though out the meal. Well done!!!!

Dined at Mister Charles for our 6th Anniversary. It was our first time dining at Mister Charles, but I can assure you it won't be our last. Expectations were high and I'm happy to say we were thoroughly impressed. The overall atmosphere is elegant, neat, and clean. We were seated promptly at our reservation time, our server (Justin) was exceptional, from drink recommendations, explaining the menu, and making our Anniversary dinner a meal to remember! Highlights were the grilled cheese canapés, corn beignets, Dover Sole and the HUGE Beef Wellington. They brought a complimentary desert (cheesecake) but the real star was the Key Lime dessert..absolutely delicious! The noise level was moderate, but the staff and service are amazing! The manager made sure to come by and check on us and thank us for the visit. Our every request was handled with a friendly and fast response. In my opinion, one of the best restaurants in the D/FW area! It's not cheap but it was worth every penny to us. Great job Mister Charles, we will be back again!
