The location is very convenient for anyone who works in or near this building. However the service isn't the best on three occasions I've order oatmeal and the first was good! The second the barista says they have some but needs to be warmed up I waited 5-7 mins for warmed up (milk) no oats I GO again today hoping I get a better experience && ask the lady are you sure there's oatmeal because last week y'all served me milk, she said yes !! Again milk / maybe a few oats !

They have their menu prices blacked off, i have the menu and im always up charged . I was also told they charge for meat for a taco but doesnt let u know upon check out.Their buffalo ranch is supposed to be on bun i got it with toast and over cooked

The woman that looks a little older who I believe is the owner is rude and doesn’t not know how to treat her employees. I would get great service from a former employee who I believe is no longer working there as tips are not given to employees as so I heard.
I've always enjoyed it here for breakfast and lunch. Friendliest staff!
