The food is fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented, perfect for a healthy but satisfying meal. What really made our visits stand out, though, is the exceptional service from Arturo. He is welcoming, attentive, and genuinely kind. You can tell he cares about making sure customers have a great experience.. Highly recommend!

The food here is always good, but the customer service is always a hit or miss. Today I went in on my lunch break and waited. 25 minutes for a salad and upon Entering wasn’t acknowledged. It took about five minutes in order for me to just place my order and then I waited an additional 25 minutes for my to go order. It took up my entire lunch break. The poor guy that was working was basically doing all the orders by himself as an older Woman in the back, just sat and watched him make all of the orders. She did not offer to help in any shape or form and continue to give him dirty looks. She could’ve helped out a lot more so that he wouldn’t have gotten so backed up. She saw me walk in and instead of helping me place my order she literally turned around and walked away until the young man came and took my order. This is not the first time I’ve seen this experience with her. I could tell that she was trying to make herself seem busy, but literally did not help with orders at all. I watched her as she completely ignored her coworker, who was clearly backed up and needed her help.

I was Ubering and stumbled across this place and it looks amazing there was no one in at the time but it’s very cozy and modern and the food smelled absolutely breath taking! I was unable to order anything but based off other reviews the menu looks great and i will most definitely return to test out their food. The employees were respectful and the place was very clean

As someone who puts an emphasis on eating healthy, I frequent this location for their outstanding food and customer service. I personally have been a regular here for the last few years and love the Blueberry Pesto with chicken and the Pepperoni Pizza. The staff are always warm and affable; specifically Arturo and Elias, who I see most often. The manager and rest of the staff are quite hospitable as well. If you're searching for a new lunch or dinner spot, I HIGHLY recommend Modern Market-Preston Hollow.

Great sandwich, pop music to help set the vibe in this nicely lit, clean restaurant. Employees were friendly.

Food was really good. I usually don't eat foods like this but pleasantly surprised. Offered salads on kids' plates and wouldn't sub for mac& cheese or potatoes, our 1 and 2 yo don't eat salads yet. They don't offer mainstream sodas, too bad. Ice dispenser didn't work well, they were helpful to get me ice but ice didn't work second go-round wo help. Tough parking for dinner. Nice staff. Clean.

I love this place! The food is wonderful and healthy. The build your own salad is perfect for people with sensitivities. The Banza chickpea crust for the pizza is so yum. But I especially love the team. Everyone is welcoming and kind. Arturo and Elias and the rest of the team always take care of me with a smile and even accommodate my high maintenance requests without complaining. Also, their app with the rewards program is amazing. They send out special deals all the time.
Dietary restrictions: They are very accommodating. Lots of GF options.

Modern Market in Preston Hollow is a trusted place to grab a quick bite. We have ordered take out dinner on two occasions in the past month. Our prior experiences at this location for dine in weren’t memorable. Fortunately these past two times we’ve had quick orders and a return to good quality that we had enjoyed when the location first opened. The tomato soup is a staple for us. So is the Basil Chicken Sandwich. For an experiment we tried the Thai coconut salad and it came out quite well. Parking has improved with the addition of the open lot by Traders Joes.

Food is good and fresh. I just don't like the fact the employees doesn't wear any gloves when cooking and making someone food. The lack of hygiene Kinda thru me off
This review is for the MacArthur Irving location, but I was unable to locate the Irving cafe, but wanted to add a review.
I stumbled across this eatery while running errands in and around the Irving,Tx.
After reviewing the menu, I opted for the grilled chicken bacon jam club sandwich. I ordered the 1/2 sandwich with chips, which was more than enough for me. Service was quick and sandwich was good, I would eat there again.
Always on time for delivery drivers. 👏

My favorite spot for a healthy dinner during the week. They have lots of vegan options and it always tastes great. I usually order to-go, but the inside of the restaurant is cute

My tuna was still kind of frozen. The salad was good and I love the health conscious choice.
